I brought my granddaughter this past weekend to go see Mufasa and I got to the concession stand to order snacks. The lady that waited on me had a rude and nasty attitude. First of all, I asked for M&Ms for my granddaughter and she threw the M&Ms on the counter. Then she forgot to give me my blue medium icy drink, and when I went back to ask her for it, she looked at me with the most evil look as I walked away and said thank you in a sarcastic way. But beforehand, as I was trying to make my order, she cut me off, and my granddaughter noticed that she had cut me off while I was trying to tell her what I wanted. Bottom line her attitude was very, very rude and nasty and had I not had my granddaughter with me. Things would’ve took a nasty turn. She didn’t open her mouth to say one word and I asked her what her problem was she didn’t want handy over my snacks, everything I had ordered. She had them way on the other side and didn’t even think to push all of my snacks over so that I could reach him. She made me and my granddaughter reach for our snacks, but the person in front of me, she pushed their snacks over to them so that they could reach them, but not me. The girl was a Caucasian girl with short black hair and glasses. I wasn’t sure if she was a male or female, but her attitude was disgusting beyond me, and I wanna know who she is because the way me and my granddaughter get treated that day was beyond me. The most disturbing part was the way she looked at me when I got my things and left to go see the movie she had murder in her eyes, but I wasn’t afraid it pissed me off. As she was getting my drink, I was mumbling about her attitude And another staff on the next register heard me and she looked over at me as if I was doing something wrong, but she had no idea what was going on. The other staff looked at like a manager with a white shirt and glasses and blonde hair. I am just disgusted And whoever that staff was that treated us like we were nothing and I come to that theater...
Read moreThe theater itself wasn't bad. But as far as I can tell you're basically paying for a comfy recliner chair with cup holder and tray. Other than that the screen itself isn't any larger than any other screen I've seen. It just has curved edges. As far as service goes, it was terrible. We were already walking in at the time the movie started. Not their fault, of course. But 15 minutes to get a hot dog and find one pack of ketchup, it's a little irritating. I stood at the end of the counter where I was told to wait for my food. For the first 5 minutes no one even knew it needed to be made. I know this because suddenly they said "oh, we need a hot dog." The biggest problem I have with this is while I stood there, 3 employees were directly on the other side of the counter carrying on with their business and never once made eye contact with me or asked if I needed help. Until I heard them mention my food I thought they knew about it. And once I realized they were just 'now' getting it, it was still another 10 minutes for them to make it. I was rudely pointed in the direction of the condiments as if she somehow knew I had been there before, when in fact I hadn't, but worst of all they were out of half of their condiments anyway. And when I asked for a simple pack of ketchup it took 4 ppl scrambling around to find it. The women's restroom was trashed. TP and paper towel were everywhere and even some of the other guests were rude. For the amount of money we spent I do not feel it was worth it. I won't be going back unless it's earlier in the day when it's cheaper and they aren't so busy so maybe they can focus on the customers more instead of just completing their end of the day tasks to ensure they can go home on time. It's like they knew what they signed up for when they took the night shift so they shouldn't be taking it out on customers just because it's been a busy night and they...
Read moreI took my kids to see How to Train Your Dragon for a Wednesday matinee. When the movie first started there was no sound just video. So I had to leave the theatre and find someone to help me, i believe her name was Julie. We ended up missing the first 5-7 minutes of the film before the sound turned on. Half way through the film I went to get more popcorn for my kids and there were 3 workers standing behind the counter having a conversation. They all looked at me but none jumped to help until I had to ask if they could help me so I could buy more popcorn. At the end we waited for the end of credits scene. Just as it was getting ready to start, a bald man came in stating "it's hot as he'll in here", he saw us then immediately left. Just just as they turned the film off. So we didn't get to see the end of credit scene. I went to find someone to talk to and found the same girl, again I think her name was Julie. I told her what had happened. She kept getting interrupted by her walkie talkie and ignoring what I was saying. She didn't seem to care that not only did we miss the beginning audio but we also missed the end of credit scene as one of their ushers burst in complaining about how hot it was. I wasn't expecting much would have appreciated a little bit of an apology the inconvenience. Normally I dont write reviews and had it been only one thing that'd be OK but was three different things that rubbed me the wrong way. The kids running the place obviously don't care about customer service and it shows. Why spend so much money for a...
