Since they first opened i've been back about 4 times, the two most recent times i've had issues. the previous time the shitake mushroom bowl did not have a mushroom one in it, we called and they took care of our order, this most recent time the roasted root veggies were VERY burnt, not sure if someone isn't paying attention or just doesn't care. but whoever though these veggies were good needs to double check their eyes. Overall, foods still good but after 2 issues i'd say it's not worth the money.

This stuff is tasty! I got the ranch flank steak warm rice bowl. with tax it came to $11.72, and i ordered online (you walk in and pick it up!, no lines!!!!). The ranch is delicious, the meat is perfectly cooked, everything, very tasty! Now, the main issue with healthy food undernormal circumstances, is that it isn't filling enough to get you through the end of the day from lunch. Always enthusiastic about Fresh Clean Food. Never chuffed about sub par service and a corporation that makes no effort to provide an answer for it. Last two times I’ve gotten more of a hassle than anything else when visiting and asking for something—which IS on the menu— as simple as Falafel sides. The last time I went in I was told by one of the counter staff and the manager—keep in mind this was ONE HOUR prior to close— that they could not and WOULD not make/prepare anymore falafel that I asked for alongside my dish because “they would have to make a whole pan”. I didn’t ask for a whole pan but I only asked for six. To go alongside this unpleasant and unnecessary experience the Falafel that DID come with my dish tasted like it should have been thrown out hours ago and replaced with freshly baked batch. If I want hassle I’ll just stay home and cook something myself. I find a better option going forward will be to hop on over next door to the QDobas or the pizza place. Neither may be Gluten Free but hopefully they are at least...

Ive been coming to this place in Lafayette 2-3x a week since they opened but yesterday they showed me how far down they have came already. I was standing behind a women in line with 2 kids. She had ordered a kids chicken noodle cup and the cashier charged her $10-11 for half a cup of soup. Of course the mother was upset of the charge and the feminine man and manager, made her look and sound dumb when the staffs incompetence should have realized a half a cup of soup doesn't equal $10 and to resolve it for her and make it right. They declined to resolve the issue, treated her unfairly by just shrugging their shoulders and all 3 of them were calling her names when she walked away. That was by far the most unprofessional people Ive seen in this city in years. Qdoba/Chipotle here I come! As the plant manager of one of the largest companies in Lafayette, I would tell the owner to fire all 3 staff members whom was working on South St the date of 02/3/23 at approximately 11:30am if you want to continue having a successful business....
