Summary: We've been here almost a dozen times by now, and have had an issue almost every time. Just not good service. If it weren't for the queso, we'd stop coming here.
Old review: Not a good experience either time we have been here. Both of those times we have had to deal with them being out of ingredients, and the second time they mis-made my burrito (ingredients squished out everywhere when they folded it). That would have been fine, except instead of remaking it, they just flipped it onto another tortilla, leaving a considerable portion of my ingredients on the first tortilla. The person at the register was standing there watching my disgusted face while the other worker did this, and said nothing to me, but just asked for my money.
This Qdoba is no better than the one on campus as far as service, and I doubt we come back for a while.
I feel like it's worth mentioning that one time we went to the Moe's on Wabash landing and they were out of 60% of their ingredients. BUT, they told me when I walked in the door that they were out of ingredients so that I would know before the burrito was half made (like what happened at this Qdoba). Read more1/6/24- I used the T-Mobile coupon to try Qdoba. My order was online. I found out it's best to use the App.
They offer lots of toppings and also a Keto option. I picked fajita veggies, red onions, pico and salsa options. It was my first time so I didn't know much about the salsas. I went with medium.
I don't like online orders because you never know what you're going to get once you get home. I'm happy to say that today was a great experience.
Madison and Jessica (Jess) were on shift. I walked in and my bag was ready. They were both friendly and seemed to enjoy their job.
The customers on site were eating and seemed to be enjoying the food. I grabbed a few napkins and utensils thinking they weren't included.
When I got home I opened my bag and I saw I had napkins and utensils. I was impressed that Madison and Jess had included them with my meal.
My meal looked pretty. It had all the items I ordered and they were not stingy. I have included pictures that show all sides of my bowl.
Madison and Jess did such a great job I plan to return. They changed my mind about Qdoba as I'm not used to this type of restaurant.

The girl that came to the front just didn't know what it could be... gave me a coupon for another meal! I couldn't even finish the one I had, my break was ending, I'm humiliated due to choking in the dining area and she doesn't know what to say but to just give me a free meal! Number 1 that could have been something from a piercing that I have now had in my mouth! Number 2 I choked on it! Number 3 I really didn't get a lunch today, Number 4 I was treated like oh well, we will see you next time!
