Cardenas Markets — Attraction in Lake Elsinore

This store is horrible and the manager in charge is horrible as well very disrepectful and careless staff. And the bakery is the worst DO NOT Order your cakes here very careless and if you don't inspect your cake before you leave the door they will do absolutely nothing for you that packaging they use is very cheep and yoir cake will spill ruined my nieces birthday and had to buy another cake don't take the risk yourself take my warning the breads are good but cakes the worst instead find a more dedicated local bakery that cares and will take responsibility for their work after this incident a friend recommended Twinss_bakery that is there instagram in lake elsinore check then out because I will definitely be ordering my next cake from them I have no doubt they are dedicated and will take responsibility for their work and satisfy the customer. The people at cardenas market are very careless and rude but it makes sense judging by their managment ride & careless 0 stars unfortunately that's not a option do not buy here ulsess you want your cake ruined and horrible service if you wanna see for yourself all you have to do is walk in the door and you will regret it. I like Cardenas store and I would love to come again for Fruits and Vegetables but I don’t recommend customized cake here…. ITS A WORST PLACE FOR CUSTOMIZED CAKE THIS CAKE SPOILS YOUR PARTY…. we can buy a ready made cake here but this is not a place for customized cake and the lady who take the order for customized cakes is very rude and she don’t understand what we are trying to tell her. I have shared the reference picture too… they have made a cake and added the colors and that cake don’t have a good finishing and uneven shape… I gave a pink and blue gender reveal cake… everything went well in the party except the cake… guest did not like the cake and complained about the taste of the food color…. If some one planning a cake for a party or a event then Cardenas is the worst place for you…. And that lane literally charged more than what we see in the display… and she argued with me about the price and she dont have a correct explanation and even I felt because she is way more elder than me…. I ordered 2 cakes and she says I have ordered only one cake even after showing the receipt and when I show her the image then she understood that I really ordered 2 cakes…..worst place for cakes

THIS IS FOR THE MEAT DEPARTMENT AND THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS STORE........Never let raw meat, poultry or seafood touch cooked meat or any ready-to-eat foods, as this can cause cross-contamination. Food borne pathogens from raw meat can easily spread to ready-to-eat foods and cause food poisoning. Always use separate plates, cutting boards and utensils to keep raw meats, poultry and seafood separate from ready-to-eat foods. i ASKED A MAN FOR FRESH CHEESE, HE HAD JUST FINISHED ATTENDING A LADY WITH ALL THE MEAT SHE NEEDED, HE ASKED WHAT KIND OF CHEESE BEFORE EVEN CHANGING HIS GLOVES, SO I ASKED HIM TO CHANGE HIS GLOVES, HE GOT AN ATTITUDE WITH ME.
