EDIT: I don't know how to reply to the owner, so responding here! Thank you for reaching out - I do appreciate you taking the time. I came around 1:15pm on Wednesday. I can understand the frustration of dealing with DoorDash drivers. I was picking up an order for myself and my family, so it wasn't my job - I was just trying to eat! I didn't know what everyone in my family ordered, so I would have loved to just received the empty cup instead of a weird game of 20 questions and an accusatory attitude that I had done something wrong by not realizing I was owed a drink? But all is good! Just pointing out for next time.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: This review is for one interaction I had with one specific employee. I have nothing bad to say about the food or any of the other staff working there.
I came in to pick up a DoorDash order, and the employee gave me my food. She then asked, is there anything wrong with your order? Are you missing anything? I was confused. I said no everything looks correct after checking their receipt. She then tells me to look at my phone and make sure I have everything I ordered. I again am confused, as I’ve never experienced this weird type of questioning before? I assume that the restaurant I order from will give me the food that I ordered. I ask her if she wants me to individually open each box and make sure every item is there… she finally asked if I ordered a drink. I say oh yes, I think I did. Only then does she give me the cup and tells me with an attitude that it’s my job to ask for this. I apologize and leave.
I don’t understand why she felt the need to play this weird game with me. If I ordered a drink, I believe it’s your responsibility to give me the cup. Does this mean I would not have received the cup if I didn’t ask for it? I felt she was unnecessarily rude to me and now I’m leaving the restaurant feeling really down and a little annoyed. I would just assume you want your customers to leave happy and excited to eat?!
I know this isn’t a huge deal and life will go on, but I just wanted to leave this review to remind everyone to be kind. There’s just no need to have an attitude or try to make anyone feel bad for an honest mistake. I asked for a recommendation because I have gone to so many in lake elsinore area since being out here now, and uh I could not find any place that I did not throw in the trash thinking it would make me sick.And it was getting too expensive. Well..... Loved it! I am very picky. Look at my reviews.I am a picky picky woman In fact I embarrassed my daughter because she goes, oh no here my mom goes again...Explaining exactly what she wants and how she wants it. Lol. She knows. I asked a ton of questions. My daughter got surf n turf burrito and said was awesome. I care about sauces, freshness!! And they need to have ground beef. For those who cannot chew safely the shredded. And I care there's not too much onion, because I have to pick it out because of gi track issues...and usually have sacrifice salsa, but here i didnt have skip.It's chunky, mild , so flavorful naturally and they do not overfill it with onion, like so many do. The sauce on the enchiladas is authentic and I know a good sauce. Trust me, it does not come in a can!! I thought maybe a fluke, so on my own. I went back on Friday because this is something I can warm up later for dinner. When it is so hot, you don't really want to cook for just yourself... im going to be addicted to this place....and I really, really appreciate the respect to seniors. They do give a senior discount. I fully recommend
If you read this review, it is the best I can find in the area even some of the surrounding cities.
Right now. I'm stuffed because I went back and it is Friday. So I go early to beat any kind of dinner crowd, because I imagine this place gets the crowds!! As a senior I learned to pick up early afternoons for dinner, beat family rush times.

I am here now at this place and asked for tacos with no Chile, I cannot eat anything that is spicy and these were. I asked for them to replace them nicely and they said NO, it's not our fault, really. I used to like this place but now with the nasty service and the nasty lady that said I don't care if you guys come back or not, wow really, I wonder if the owner has that same kind of attitude. Please spare yourself the headache and don't come here. I won't come back here for sure cause who knows what they'll do to my food the next time.
Hello Raymond, thank you for taking time out to respond, that speaks volume of your character. We dined in on May 4th in the afternoon. I appreciate you offering a replacement meal but don't plan on going back in there until Thursday maybe. I have my own business and I know that you should never argue with a client because the customer is always right even when they're wrong in most cases. Thank you once again, I will revise my review just on the bases of your integrity but only to three stars because of that ladies attitude and until I go back and see how it goes...
