Gerryann's Flowers — Attraction in Lake Elsinore

The only florist in town as far as I’m concerned!

I call in to place my orders because Gerryann asks me different questions to personalize the flowers I get for my Fiancé (any favorite flowers to include and specific colors vase or hand wrapped?) I always get the vased bouquet because she doesn’t up charge for it and she picks really gorgeous vases that match the flowers. She also wrapped a bow added a bow to the flowers that matched the aesthetic perfectly and all I told her is that my fiancé loves the colors pink and purple and that I trust them with the rest lol.

Both times I’ve ordered and went to pick up, Gerryann personally went over the different flowers with me in the bouquets and gave me a selection of cards to put with the flowers depending on the occasion the flowers are for. Everyone in the shop is super sweet, they’re always happy and so are their flowers.

I know for sure that both the bouquets I’ve gotten were priced at $65 but the value is much higher than that to me because the love that is put into arranging them. Flower arrangements is their passion for sure. My fiancé absolutely loves the flowers I get her and they always last so long. As long as I live close enough to be a customer, I will always buy flowers from Gerryann’s Flowers and if you’re on the fence about where to get some flowers for you loved ones please give this small business a shot over some place like Albertsons!

GerryAnn I believe was who I spoke to on the phone and placed my flowery order with made note of my card and pleasant to the core. 5 stars for her. The detractor was after they made the delivery and my intended recipient never received the bouquet. I called seeking clarification and initially had positive feedback that they’d counter check. The second time I called I spoke to this lady Susan I believe, who was short on dialogue , rude and couldn’t spare time to even hear my concerns about the missing delivery. In her own words “ it isn’t my fault if you can’t track down the flowers. We did our part so that’s it. “ then she hang up. It’s cool that you already made the $$$ and the delivery but if aftersales service is in the loo as I was exposed to. Chances of repeat business diminish. I was looking for a florist in Lake Elsinore and Gerryann's was first on the list of top 10 florists in Lake Elsinore. I can see why! I called to place a order and told her that I needed a sympathy floral arrangement for my daughter and son in law who had to put their beloved dog to rest today due to a long illness. She was so kind and understanding, offering to schedule the delivery at the end of the day so that they would be back home for the delivery. The arrangement was beautiful and surpassed my expectations! To top it off, Christy, the person making the delivery, blessed my daughter and son in law with a prayer of peace and strength when she made the delivery. As a mother who lives several states away, that is a blessing from above to have someone bring comfort to my daughter when I couldn't be there in person!
