Ding Tea Foothill Ranch — Restaurant in Lake Forest

I was so psyched when this Ding Tea opened up right around the corner. We were doing little missions to go to the one in mission Viejo or Costa Mesa because we loved the boba here. Since this place has opened...I've probably been over 30 times, no joke. The sweetness level options are great, and there is a really good variety of add-ons for your drinks. Everything we've had has been amazing. Our go-to here is the winter melon milk tea with golden boba (50% sweet because the Golden boba is literally a delicious sugary bomb of delightfulness ) and the honey milk tea with golden boba(70% sweet). Ordered a signature milk tea and it was extremely watered down. They offered to make it stronger (not sure exactly what they did) but we walked out with the drink tasting the same. It seems like a location based issue as other reviews mention this as well, and other Dingtea locations I've been to are fine. We tossed the entire drink.

Owner is unprofessional and responds to any negative reviews accusing them of being fake. She claims she knows who I am but I have never met her. To the owner - if you claim this again, please message me personally and let me know exactly which business it is you...

3 Major Things The drinks are way overpriced for the size of the medium. Basically $5.50 without topping or $6+ with topping for approx 10 oz. The drinks were terrible, the strawberry milk tea was sour, the guava oolong tea was sour, and the oolong milk tea was basically milk The person working there was so rude. She was throwing her mixing cups, spoons, and measuring cups in the sink making loud crashing noises and when we said thank you she didn’t even acknowledge us.
