Unbelievably rude guy working this morning 1/15 @ 5:30am when I came in. This was my favorite vape shop until this guy. This guy always has an attitude, always acts inconvenienced when you need him to open one of the cases to buy a vape. I came in knowing what I wanted and got it, then saw an advertisement for a new device at the checkout. When I asked him to grab this new vape for me, he immediately got upset and frustrated with me and raised his voice at me asking "Is that it?!" after asking him. I'm seeing people calling this place customer service friendly but that is simply not true. Maybe for SOME of the customers but I know that I've personally been turned away for service or told I have to wait indefinitely until the store is completely clear in order to be provided customer services even when I am on a time crunch and have to get to work. It's disgusting how the cashier is allowed to he so rude. I don't believe this happens to everyone either, there is no way the manager could be allowing the cashier to tell customers to WAIT until the store is clear. I came in the store pretty late Monday night with the understanding that they were open 24hrs. The selection was awesome but the big man with the black poofy hair was so rude. I have never had such terrible customer service. He told my bf they’re open 24hrs but rushed me out. Told me he didn’t have the key to any cases for any products.
