If you're looking for top-tier coal-fired pizza in west palm beach, Buck’s Coal Fired Pizza should be at the top of your list. Their menu offers a great variety of options, but two standouts from my visit were the Angry Hawaiian and the Buffalo Chicken pizzas.
The Angry Hawaiian takes the classic Hawaiian pizza to the next level. The combination of sweet pineapple, savory bacon, and spicy jalapeños creates a perfect balance of flavors. The coal-fired crust adds a smoky, crispy texture that enhances every bite. If you enjoy sweet and spicy flavors together, this is a must-try.
The Buffalo Chicken pizza delivers bold flavors with just the right amount of heat. The buffalo sauce is rich and tangy, complementing the tender chicken perfectly. The drizzle of ranch ties everything together without overpowering the other flavors. The coal-fired crust gives it a crisp, slightly charred edge that makes a big difference in taste and texture.
What makes Buck’s stand out is their use of fresh, high-quality ingredients and the signature coal-fired cooking method that creates a distinct flavor you can’t get with traditional ovens. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was casual and welcoming, making it a great place for a laid-back meal with family or friends.
Buck’s Coal Fired Pizza delivers exceptional flavors and a great dining experience. Whether you’re a fan of classic pizza styles or looking for something a little different, their menu has something for everyone. If you're in the area and craving great pizza, this spot is definitely...
Read moreOk…Pizza review time. This is absolutely New Haven Style pizza. From Napoli to New York, and from New Haven to NORTHLAKE BLVD, I try to taste them all. I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit to Buck’s Pizza on Northlake Blvd, in Lake Park, Fl. From the time we moved down here 32 years ago until now, I never stopped looking for the best pizza available. I will drive miles and hours for good pizza. It was a nice surprise to see Bucks pizzeria A short 30 minutes from our house. Buck’s Pizzeria is the real deal. Frankie, the owner, is proud of his pizza, and he should be. He is the ‘Gold Standard’ which all others should emulate. ALL his ingredients used in his pies, are imported from Italy. From the ‘00’ quality flour, tomatoes, the mozzarella, the EVOO, and even his salt is from Italia. His thought is…you’ve got to use quality ingredients, to get quality pizza. Photos show: Zero flop Great undercarriage Just the perfect ‘char’ After the first bite…you’ll understand. Frankie, is a machine. Pumping out a never ending stream of pies, he prides himself on the quality. Well, this is the second time we’ve been there, and to Frankie…consistancy is paramount. He’s been open for 8 months, and it’s taken me this long to discover it, because so many ‘coal fired pizza’ places have been opening up all around here, I’ve got to pace myself. Buck’s Pizza is definitely worth the drive, but take a ride down and check him out. But please…swallow that first bite before you call me to tell me that I was right! Remember…you are...

So clicked on the link and saw that was right on Northlake. so I decided to go there and pick up a pie. The place was clean and the gentleman there was very friendly. To my surprise, the pizza tasted pretty damn good. In fact, it tasted better than any of the other pizza places around this area. My Coworkers who tasted the pizza also thought it was one of the best tasting pizzas they’ve had. I’m pretty critical when it comes to pizza so when I tell you, it Was a great tasting pizza, I mean it. My only critique would be that I like the crust crispy. There was some char on the crust, but it was not crispy. The Crust was way too soft. Don’t get me wrong. It tasted great. I went back a second time and ordered the same pie. However, I asked for it to be A little more cooked. They definitely charred the pizza more than it was the first time. However, the crust was still floppy and very soft. Kind of strange but the pizza...
