Hello My name is Dana Pollacci and i LOVE to shop at your store because everyone is very friendly and helpful I would like to say Thank You to Vachele the past few times i have shopped there she has taken her time to understand what it is i am looking for and goes above and beyond to help me out in choosing my clothes! just recently i was looking for comfortable clothes to wear to work and she took her time to and picked out different outfits to give me options of what outfits would be best for me! i Love ALL of them and i will definitely be back to have Vachele help me with new outfits for every occasion i may need new clothes for! As far as cleanliness/organization and customer service goes, this place is great. Other than that, this store is awful. I can NEVER find anything worth wearing. As a plus size customer, it is very frustrating to go to a store that claims to cater to plus size women only to find the worst styles, fit, and selection they offer. Rarely are there ever maxi dresses, and all of the clothes are ill-fitting and cheaply made. Whoever is buying for this store is doing an awful job. Maurices as a whole needs to step it up as well. The girls there always claim that they’ve been cleared out of plus size inventory, but apparently that’s not an issue for regular sizes, which take up 95% of the store. This store, these women working here. Absolutely the most truly helpful, kind human beings on the planet! Words can’t even describe the evening I had coming in to buy an entire wardrobe last minute for new business casual position I accepted. I wore scrubs my whole adult life to work, and knew absolutely nothing. They did more than help. They found me outfits that were so perfect and I felt so good in them. They let me ask questions and they made suggestions and looked to see how things looked or fit or matched…..and I walked out with an entire weeks worth of outfits in less than an hour and a half.
