Lynamy Beauty Supply — Attraction in Lake View Township

I used to shop here regularly but am reconsidering. The customer service is TERRIBLE. The bickering back and forth about who should get what, the past experiences about who's free to ring up who, why don't you ring him up you're not doing anything in Vietnamese is embarrassing as I also speak and understand Vietnamese fluently. The younger guys and young (was pregnant) lady are fine, it's just those older ones. This time I was getting rung up; asked for something in the glass case and the lady cashier to the left in front asked a man to help and he then said he didn't want to or told her to do it herself, she calls him dumb and they proceeded to go back and forth about it with other employees and customers around! IT WAS RETRIEVING IT FOR A ME! A CUSTOMER! Making it classless and unprofressional. Where is the owner or manager or was that them??????? If the cashier had not already rang me up I would've left. I can deal with the casual talking, I get it. But this was beyond rude as I just stood there waiting, upset, with an uncomfortable vibe and in complete disbelief. Going elsewhere from now on. Every time I go in the store I get attitude’s from the employees , every time I ask a question or ask for help I get racially profiled, when they’re kind is in there they treat them like I’m not even standing there. I asked for They’ll ignore me and take the person’s that comes after me every single time because of the color of my skin and when I asked them to help me they give me more attitude I was there before the third person even walked up, they treated me like my money was worthless. I waited right there and they still ignored me as if I wasn’t supposed to be there at all and they were hoping I would just give up and leave then when I finally got it and said can I get a product they tried to rush me out then another employee came walking up to show me more disrespect and attitude folding his arms like I was causing a problem, it was so embarrassing. I was finally able to get one of my products it wasn’t what I asked for but they put it in plastic and put a stapler on the plastic and wrap my product up like I was gonna steal it following me around the store treat me like trash. The worst costumer service THE WORST!!
