Right Nail Salon — Local services in Lake View Township

Worst service ever been going here for 2yrs and this takes the cake. First 2 weeks ago the owner charged my card twice saying it didn't go through so I laid in cash. To only find out when I checked my account the charges went through twice. So I told her today and she blew it off. So next I asked for a manicure/pedicure which should have been covered at the money that they already STOLE from me. So the nail tech was very rude and did a horrible job on my pedicure causing pain to my feet. So when it was time for the manicure part I told her she could start but that I would be back due to having to go to work. She gets loud and states $28. I asked for oil and plastic to be put on my feet to preserve the polish and she throws the bag at me. The owner sat there and watched and did absolutely nothing. To make it worse they charged my card again for $29 without service complete. NEVER WILL I EVER COME BACK TO THIS HORRIBLE...

Jenny is the owner of this charming shop at Foster and Sheridan. She has worked hard to keep her shop open during the pandemic with every possible sanitizing step taken. She does manicures, pedicures, waxing, massages, for men and women and does a terrific job with regular polish , no chip polish, powders, etc. Each client uses brand new tools which are included for only $1 to provide the most sanitary circumstances. Plus, Jenny is a delightful woman and in healthier times, she is joined by her daughter and sometimes her son-in-law, and other auxiliary staff as needed. Her prices are great, and my nails always repeat always look fabulous!...

I felt so lucky coming in here today. Wendy was able to take me right away as a walk-in. I got a hard gel overlay. She is a perfectionist and made sure everything was perfect. She spent time on cuticle work, filed the shape to be perfect on every nail, and made sure the hard gel would last. I had a very specific vision and she got the design exactly how I wanted! I wanted a cat eye ombré with a color changing pink aura. When it’s warm it’s a neutral light purple and when it’s cold it’s pink!
