Jewelry Express — Attraction in Lake Wales

The staff is wonderful. HOWEVER, ordered a new mounting to have my diamonds put into, the craftmanship leaves a lot to be desired. The prongs stand up much, and I mean much longer than where the stone sits. I feel like every gunky thing that I touch is going to get trapped. The solder is joined (gummed looking) with the prong next to it; they should be separate. There are sharp edges. In the 6 hours that it took him to do, looks like something that I could have done myself. Extremely heartbroken for what the stones...

I bought a wedding set from here about 2 years ago and we paid a little over $4,000 for the set. I went in just today and asked them if they could give me some details on the ring. Like what cut the diamonds are, what the carat the gold is and such. I was going to try and sell the set myself because I am now divorced and could use some extra money. They told me they for sure remember me and us buying the set but wanted $65 to tell me all the info I wanted on it. I would never recommend...
