We just visited the beach to check it out for the first time and to see if we would like to return for a full day soon. We definitely will be back. It was easy to navigate to the beach parking lot. As you drive over the bridge, there are signs and you really can't miss the parking. We came on a Thursday afternoon around 1:00 p.m. and were lucky to get a spot without having to drive around the lot a second time. The parking was recently priced and we were able to pay with our Parkmobile app. The ocean water was blue and there was a nice surf going on, not too strong but not weak by any means. The beach is a little unusual in that the walkway is at a bit of a higher elevation, so you don't see a lot of the sand beach until you walk closer to it. The sand was a dark and soft and there were many of the nice blue walkways on top of the sand, making it easier for folks who have disabilities or trouble walking. The beach is overlooked by a small strip of just a couple of eateries and a beach shop. Benny's on the beach is a nice looking restaurant where there is sit down service. See pictures of menu within this review. Kilwin's ice cream shop is nearby, as well as a beach shop. A little bit further down the walkway is another Benny's on the beach, but it is at the front of the pier and is a casual place with what looks like more of a takeout vibe, although there are some tables and chairs in front. I'm not sure if there were tables and chairs further down the pier for eating, but I believe there might have been. I noticed that there was a nice walkway that I would not necessarily call a boardwalk since it was somewhat narrow, but it looks like it follows along the beach and would be lovely too spend some time checking out the whole area. All in all, this looks like a well-planned out beach and everyone seems very happy to be there and I can't wait to get back next week.

Lake Worth Beach is a hidden gem on the Florida coast, offering a perfect blend of natural beauty and vibrant local culture. The pristine sandy shores and clear blue waters create an ideal setting for relaxation and water activities. The beach is well-maintained, with ample space for sunbathing, picnicking, and beach games. Visitors can enjoy a variety of amenities, including clean restrooms, convenient parking, and nearby dining options. The pier provides stunning views and a great spot for fishing. The surrounding area is lively, with charming shops, cafes, and art galleries adding to the beach’s appeal. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful day by the ocean or an active adventure, Lake Worth Beach has something for everyone. Highly recommended for families, couples, and solo travelers alike!

Lake Worth Beach is a charming coastal city known for its artistic vibe and beautiful beaches. Here's a quick rundown of what to expect: * Beaches: The beach itself is well-maintained and offers excellent waves for experienced surfers. It's also a great spot for swimming and relaxing. * Art and Culture: The city is known for its art scene, with galleries, studios, and a historic playhouse showcasing a variety of performances. * Activities: Beyond the beach, you can explore the shops and restaurants in the revitalized downtown area or enjoy the natural beauty of Lake Worth Lagoon and Lake Osborne. Overall, Lake Worth Beach is a great destination for a relaxing beach getaway with a touch of culture.

Absolutely beautiful beach but we left with a parking ticket despite doing what the signs said and paying at the meter- watch out for the spots with little black rectangles with illegible writing on them. - they are apparently not for metered parking. No staff to be seen whatsoever to tell a first timer not to park there. If you have a lot of beach gear- you’re in for quite a hike to get up to the beach area- unless you find a spot up top. Otherwise the waves were beautiful, the food at Mamas pizzeria was good too.

Lake Worth Beach is very special to my family, it is a place that feels an energy like no other. Spending a full day there means leaving refreshed, with new strength and grateful for life. It has the necessary facilities, with all the services of bathrooms and showers. It also has ample parking with surveillance. The pier is spectacular to go fishing or watch the sunset from there. And for lovers of good food by the sea and with a spectacular view, there is Benny's on the Beach restaurant. 100% recommended

Lovely beach. This Beach and its area went under renovation. It is now even more convenient & visitor friendly with new shops along beach side. Kept very well maintained. However, the parking fee is highest compared to any other beaches in Palm Beach County. I would understand a gradual increase. But, too much at once & the ticket machines can be complicated. I often see and hear other people discussing their frustration of understanding the ticket machine & it not accepting dollar bills.
