I am not one to write reviews, but need to share my experience here. It was my mrost bizarre salon visit of my life. I arrived on time for my appointment to a dark, closed salon with a sign on the door saying it "closed early" and to call the number posted. What?!? I called the number and was told the owner was on her way. I waited outside in the back for 20 minutes for her to show up with her entire family. It already put me off at how unprofessional it was to keep a client waiting 20 minutes past their appointment time -- I should have just left in hindsight. When she did my nails she kept trying to sell me fake, counterfeit designer bags and accessories, and was extremely pushy about it. She made me uncomfortable by asking me questions like where I had gotten a bracelet I was wearing (it was a designer label she was carrying knockoffs of, and she told me hers were better than mine that was purchased in store), and then was asking me my favorite designer bags and why I don't want more. All I wanted was to sit in silence and get my nails done. My nails had grown out which was rare for me so I told her to keep as much length as possible. She didn't listen to a thing I said and grabbed her nail cutters and chopped off so much length which left me so upset but what was done was done in an instant. The gel manicure was done extremely rushed and so sloppy. When I looked at it when I was done it didn't even seem professional and she jumped up from the seat before my nails had even finished curing like she didn't care to check on my nails. Do NOT book your hair appointment online, do NOT go by the pricing listed on the website. It’s hard for me to write a negative review, but I feel it is extremely necessary for anyone looking to visit this salon. The hair stylists do not schedule via the salon website and the pricing is over 3x what is posted on the website.

I booked a 10am wash, cut, blow dry which was listed as $55 and was charged $200. When I arrived the hairdresser, Jimmy, was working on another client. He let me know he doesn’t have visibility to what is scheduled online and asked if I could come back at 12:30pm, which I did. Jimmy was cordial during the appointment- however my 2.5 inch trim and blow dry took 2 hours and I had to ask him to let me air dry the rest. As I was in a hurry since this appointment took much longer than anticipated, I handed my card to Jimmy and was shocked when he turned the screen for me to sign. I asked why it was $200 and he stated, “$100 for the cut, $100 for was wash”! I signed and tipped him $40 in cash and had to run, but took note to come back to find out why the pricing was inconsistent from their website.

I came back to see Jimmy a couple days later to better understand the discrepancy in pricing. He stated that the current owners do not have access to the salon website to change the prices, they are currently in California and won’t be back for a month. I urged him to communicate to the owners of this major issue to prevent this from happening to other people.

Worse pedicure and overall experience I’ve had at a nail salon. When booking an appointment woman who answered was extremely rude. When my friend and I walked into no other nail customers were there and the staff with children were staring out the window for our arrival. Once we got there the children were instructed go outside, but then came in after my service (very strange and was described on other comments as very unprofessional). I got my pedicure done, but my friend ended up not getting the manicure requested as they didn’t choose to service us at the same time. The whole point on going together is to get it done at the same time so no one is waiting. Next, when I chose a color I was handed the gel nail color choices which is not what I requested. Then, the blue I chose on the wheel was not what was not used. Poor quality polish. My appointment was suppose to be for 45 min and ended on about 20 min. Knock off bags and other products were being promoted. When asked to pay she was pushy about receiving cash and up charge for card transactions as well as very demanding for a tip (not classy). Worst of all my friends saw the salons license that was displayed expired. My last comment is when my nails were clipped they were butchered and cut to the nub where it hurts and looks really bad.
