Frances Langford Promenade — Attraction in Lakeland

Simply beautiful walkway that gives a glimpse of Florida during the Age of Elegance. The walk circles Lake Mirror and is clearly a popular spot to walk, run, or simply enjoy nature- there were dozens of birds to observe, gardens, lakeside parks and pavilions, contemporary sculptures, and structures in a variety of architectural styles. Love how the Lake Mirror area has become one of the most walkable areas in the city and offers a one-of-a-kind view across the street from incredible restaurants and a nearby park. Love bicycling here. I bring hot coffee to drink while resting on one of the many park benches, then do a couple laps around the lake, and bicycle back home.
