I had an appointment today and was denied service because I brought my trained service dog. I have anosmia and my dog is trained to alert me to hazards I cannot detect. Staff cited a ā€œno animalsā€/health policy, even though the ADA clearly allows service dogs in all public areas. I calmly explained to Victoria the specific tasks my dog performs to assist me, but she still refused service claiming it was because I ā€œliedā€ on my intake form. The form only asked skin-related questions and included no section for sensory disabilities, so there was nothing to disclose. Let’s be honest: if I hadn’t brought my service dog, this would never have been an issue. The police were eventually called, and I was asked to leave without any apology, compensation, or effort to resolve the situation. This experience was stressful and completely unnecessary. Businesses must accommodate service animals and train their staff on ADA compliance. I DO NOT recommend this spa until they properly educate their team on the rights of people with disabilities. In response to Victoria (owner of confidence medspa) — it’s disappointing to see this situation misrepresented. To clarify I did explain that my dog is a trained service animal and what tasks she performs. The ADA allows service animals in all public areas, and allergies are not grounds for outright denial of service. Businesses are required to seek reasonable accommodation. No such effort was made. Regarding the intake form there was no section asking about sensory disabilities** and my condition does not impact skincare treatment. The reason I was denied service was clearly due to the presence of my service dog, not the form. I respect small businesses but discrimination intentional or not should be addressed through proper ADA training so situations like this don’t happen again.

I highly recommend Confidence Med Spa, especially Mikayla. She attentively listens to my concerns and understands my goal of a natural aging appearance. With the use of Dysport and Mikaylas attention to detail, I’ve garnered numerous compliments in achieving the subtle and authentic look I desired.

Mikayla is amazing at dysport and lip filler. I’ve been going to her for two years and she’s professional, very knowledgeable and skilled at her profession. She is beautiful inside and out xoxo ā¤ļøā¤ļø Love, Kimmi

I went here once to get a consultation for arm hair removal in preparation for a transgender surgery. Online they advertise as being LGBT friendly and willing to do that kind of hair removal. When I went in for my consultation, everyone was polite, but once I told them I needed hair removal for the surgery, they said it was not ethically possible for them to do only one arm (about 3/4 of forearm). The lady who helped me said that would be considered disfigurement, and it could look bad on and no other electrolysist would either. Instead, they could only do it if I got hair removal on the entirety of both arms. That would be nearly triple the amount of time and cost (for something I didn’t want). My surgeon gave me a template for the hair removal, so it was something medically required- not disfigurement.

Not only that, she kept discouraging me to do electrolysis and to do laser hair removal instead because electrolysis would take too long. I knew what both entailed and did not like being discouraged from a service.

I said none of that was going to work for me, especially after being told it would be disfigurement and it wouldn’t look normal multiple times.

Granted, later that day, they called me back and said they would be willing to contact my surgeon and get more details to make it work. This was a red flag to me because they didn’t choose to trust me as a customer for something that would affect me the most. The surgeon would have told them the same exact thing as me. After having another consultation with an electrolysist, I found out they don’t have any sort of requirements preventing them from doing this. I did not call them back because I didn’t feel comfortable providing my surgeon’s information and I didn’t want to return after my...

My experience with Victoria for microblading at Confidence Med Spa was absolutely fantastic! She is a true artist and a master of her craft. Victoria's attention to detail and skillful technique resulted in flawless, natural-looking eyebrows that exceeded my expectations. I felt completely at ease throughout the process, thanks to her professionalism and warm demeanor. I highly recommend Victoria for anyone considering microblading. She is simply outstanding!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing RF microneedling and laser treatments with Mikayla, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Mikayla's expertise and skill in performing these procedures truly impressed me.

One standout quality of Mikayla is her efficiency. The entire process was completed in a timely manner without compromising the quality of the treatment. Her ability to work swiftly while maintaining precision reflects her proficiency in the field.

Mikayla's thorough approach to the procedures was evident throughout. She ensured that every step was executed with attention to detail, leaving no room for oversight. This level of thoroughness instilled confidence in me, knowing that I was in capable hands.

The facilities at Confidence Med Spa were clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff, including the front desk receptionists, were friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere that added to the overall...
