Holiday Bowling & Billards — Attraction in Lakewood

If I can rate 0 I definitely would … Came here every Wednesday with my boyfriend for his bowling league always thought it was a cool spot until today. I recently had a baby and I wasn’t sure where I can change his diaper I went up to a lady at the front where you order food with reddish hair ( ended up finding out she’s the bar manager ) and asked where I can change my baby’s diaper since I seen they didn’t have anywhere to change baby’s in the bathroom. She was the rudest human ever definitely did not have no kind bone in her body when it came to the situation the way she answered me and talked to me. Worst customer service I cannot believe the way I was treated. I asked where her manager was and he happened to be sitting down at a table eating behind us and she told me “ you can talk to him he’s right there” I went up to him and was trying to tell him my experience with this lady hoping he would care about how his customers are treated and he was HORRIBLE… he told me “ what do you want me to do build a baby changing station” worst experience ever I definitely felt defeated since the manager was just as bad and did not care. ( he ended up being the owner ) so definitely nothing will be fixed here … I will no longer be coming here again and would recommend anyone who has baby’s to never come to this place they will treat...

Rude is a nice way to describe the staff here. Uncivil, ignorant, and vial are the words I would use. The staff refused to let us bowl an extra game because of league bowing which was at 6:45, we requested to play an extra game at 4:45 (I think we could've knocked out 10 frames within a two hour window). They informed me that there was no possible way they could let us play another game.

Sadly we had an additional pitcher of beer to finish so we were forced into the pool room while we finished our beer. Then after about 15 minutes of playing pool we were kicked out of the pool room for league play, which also didn't start for another two hours.

By the end of the ordeal, we were forced to finish our drinks in their depressing dining area and watch fox news. Luckily the waitress working at the time allowed us to sit there, but I felt like we were constantly getting pushed out of this sad excuse for a business.

Stan the server/bartender if that's what you can call him on the pool side smokes way too much and is never there to get you a drink. I use to see customers go behind the bar and get there own drinks beacause Stan was always out smoking. Bathrooms are always dirty. Think twice before going in to this establishment. If you do make sure Stan doesn't over charge you. He rattles off a dollar amount when you ask for your tab, I think he likes to over charge that way he makes sure he gets a tip because he is so lousy at what he does. Keep track of what you order or your tab will be $30.00 for 3 beers and 2 waters. He over charged our friends once when they had fries, a pizza, soda for their son and a couple of beers. But they caught it and told him. He just blew it off like oops sorry. He probably does it all the time and people just don't pay that much attention when out enjoying time relaxing. I know I won't...
