ZERO stars and I will never go back. After waiting in the drive thru for 25 minutes after placing my order (only three cars in front of me), I arrived at the window to be told "our drive thru terminal is down, you can come in and order if you want.". No apology, no discount offered only a very rude "what do you want me to do about it?" There were a number of things they COULD have done: They had my order, they could have entered it into a working terminal and had my food ready after 25 minutes. They could have walked out and told me what was happening so I could have gone in and ordered while I was parked (TRAPPED) in the drive thru. They could have moved the cars who were getting food to the front of the restaurant and told me I needed to go in rather than trapping me for 25 minutes knowing they weren't going to serve me. Equipment malfunctions are understandable, the complete lack of consideration, desire and imagination needed to mitigate this problem are unforgivable and if this is how the franchise does business they have lost...

This restaurant needs to be closed down! Health violations that are literally making their customers sick! Employees think it's funny to put cigarettes out in people's drinks and then serve it to their unsuspecting customers. They consistently and on purpose tell their drive thru customers at the window "Wait a minute" very rudely. The next service worker comes to the window and practically throws the food at their customers and closes the window on them. Doesn't collect their money and the customers are left hanging at the window wondering what just happened! The managers tell you off, then go hide out in their office! All the employees need to be criminally investigated for I suspect the customers are getting sick from stuff being put in their food and drinks! We need all of you to be aware and maybe get this all on video from inside and out at the same time! This place needs to be investigated and all employees fired! Do your job people and get the proof we need to shut this place...

Im sitting outside this location, and since I walked in, I was looking for an ice cream cone but left with a rootbeer shake and with a smile on my face. the older gentleman's name was John, I think I may be wrong. he not only knew the history of the a&ws past, but gave me more information than I had originally walked in knowing and even though I was rude at first he still made exactly what I wanted and was real cool about the whole situation. I'll be coming back because of him. Thank you. He had grey hair pulled back and was working the register and ice cream station. he also gave multiple suggestions. He is an asset and deserves a raise!! I'm sure he put up with a lot of rude customers who don't take accountability when they're the ones who were more than likely rude and still was nice to them. He chose to be nice to me, and that showed me more respect than I had him. Definitely someone I'd keep happy and employeed! Thank you very much....
