Bought and paid for a new car stereo which they installed but never showed us how to operate. Driving home we realized it was defective. There is no way to call them to get a quick appointment for repair or replacement. I had to go online and schedule yet another appointment four weeks later (Ugh). On the day of the second appointment they called and cancelled the appointment stating that their tech was sick (okay. Understandable). They said they'd call back the next day to get us in for our cancelled appointment. Three day's later, still no word from the Geek Squad and no way to call them directly. Scheduled yet another appointment four more weeks out (Ay Kurumba!). Its to the breaking point with me. Who runs a business with no direct phone contact?
