This place is amazing! It's one of my top places that I go to when taking a sibling or friends out for lunch or dinner.
The food is delicious, and they have a ton of options, which, for an indecisive person, is kind of painful. 😂 Seafood delicacies are abundant, from scallops baked in red clam shells with a chive garnish & mozzarella - to sushi rolls 'tempura-fried' with a side of edamame & sea weed... Everything tastes incredible! I particularly like this wonderful fried shrimp they have with creamy coconut sauce, and their General Tsao's Chicken is "the bomb." Additionally, the hibachi & grill is incredibly personalized so you can come out with what suits your preference and taste buds. ✌️
Drinks are "on the house" when it comes to soda, sweet tea, coffee, vitamin water, lattes, etc. I am sure you'll find something suitable to sip.
Service is such that you walk down to the buffets, grab a plate, and start choosing your culinary delights! After you are done eating your first plate, they insist on clearing it for you and not reusing it for sanitation purposes, so please don't make the mistake of trying to tell them you are going to get seconds and don't want to make more dirty dishes for them... I tried that and was politely bulldozed 😅. Additionally, if you need help, feel free to ask the staff for assistance. In my experience, they are quick to respond and polite.
The atmosphere is complex in that it attracts a diverse crowd. Some might describe the place as snazzy and abstract, while others might call it casual and laid back. Depending on the group you're hanging out with (or how you come), the place has a curious way of adapting to any incomers. Just enjoy your time! The place is spick and span around the buffets, but the seating might need a little pick up here and there. This is mainly because so many people are in and out, but don't hesitate to ask for a general cleaning of your area.
Lastly, the dessert changes drastically every time I visit. Sometimes the things you were looking forward to trying again are 'absens.' Generally , they have these scrumptious little cakes that are quite nice, chocolate pudding, fruit, cookies (fortune ones as well of course 😉), coconut clusters, and surprisingly good jelly. Hopefully you find something you like! (One never knows... 🤗) (P.S. I prefer to have a little ice cream that they store in a freezer at the back of the buffet beside the drinks)
Well, I hope this was helpful, and may you enjoy this place as much as I...
Read moreFor my first time eating there, it was bleh. There was no one at the front giving directions. I didn’t know if people were in line to pay for their ticket after eating or before. I asked the lady at the front how it worked at this restaurant since I had never been there before and she just responded, “Pay first and sit anywhere.” Got it. Thanks. 😑
My kids and I looked around for a seat and found one, but we were still confused. I didn’t know if we needed to sit down and and wait for someone to magically know we were a new guest, who/where to order drinks from or anything. So we sat at the table for about a minute waiting for someone to come to the table. I finally just got up and had to figure it out. We went back down to the buffet area and saw people in line for drinks which we had to get ourselves. No problem. Both machines were out of ice but the drinks were still cold, which was good. We only saw spoons near the drink area so we took our drinks back to the table and then went back to get our food. Areas with lots of people are a little challenging for a single parent because I’m already outnumbered, so some instructions would have been nice. We navigated through the buffet and went back to our seats. Then I realized there was a lady in our section that had silverware, condiments, and other items set up at a station. We got our silverware and ate a couple of rounds of the buffet. The lady was very nice and polite when I asked her questions about how to navigate the restaurant.
I love food and I love a good buffet but I’m sad to say the food here was mediocre. The sushi was not good. I just wasn’t impressed. I really wanted to like this place because they had more and better reviews than the buffet next door but the lack of instructions and directional signals really threw me for a loop at...
Read moreEasy access , parking is enough , a moderate crowd , sometimes the waiting time could be there I guess , variety of food , loved hibachi station , sushi station , a good number of desserts , fruits, soft drinks , standard flavors of ice cream (herseys), coffee . Main issues I find here at this location , pos lady was careless attitude and did not respond to basic questions asked(that made our first impression bad) , food card placed on the buffet stands does not match with the food in the trays (that’s a big issue for me ) , if u don’t want certain meat you will be lost there because you might pick food based on the card but the actual food might be different. Also names for sushi is missing and it might be hit or miss. Hibachi station chef was nice and friendly , cleaning staffs were working hard and making sure the soiled plates are cleaned out of table. Spacious and enough tables to enjoy the food. There were two section for dining one area little dull and other area was renewed and modern loon . Personally I did not liked many food /meat (especially chicken) quality for the price I paid when compared to other Asian buffets I tried with less price than I paid here. Teriyaki chicken skewers were hard , not tasty, hot pepper chicken was hard , and list goes on. There were seafoods options like ( blue crabs , craw fish , shrimp , fish , calamari ? , mussels etc) May be this place might be good for some Folks , but not my kind of taste. Adult pricing for dinner on Sunday evening was $18.99 and kids price is $10. There was also Carry out option. May not...
