I had a HORRIBLE experience at the Lancaster location 6/30/24. The hostess treated us with such an arrogant and an aggressive attitude for no apparent reason after I had asked her to repeat what she had said when she greeted us ( I couldn’t hear her because of the loud atmosphere). As she was bringing us to our table she had a terrible attitude and was rudely throwing our menus around and then just walked away without saying anything. She came back to set up a table near us and was moving around chairs aggressively and then almost slammed a chair behind where I was sitting.l basically boxing me into the table since I couldn’t scoot my chair back. When I brought it up the waitress, she ignored us. I then brought it up to another hostess who informed the manager on duty. He came over and apologized. A couple of minutes later he brought the terrible hostess and forced her to apologize and instead of apologizing she gaslight us and told us that she was “sorry that we THOUGHT she was being rude” I corrected her and then she began arguing with me in front of her manager after which The manger sent her away and then Began defending HER horrible behavior and offered nothing to make the situation right. This has been hands down the WORST dining experience I’ve ever had. I was belittled, ignored, gaslight, and dismissed. The entire staff I interacted with was incompetent and care little about the customers, they care more about their work “clique” and actively antagonize paying customers instead of offering a genuine apology or correction of the situation. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I will keep this short. I ordered a taco salad and recieved nothing but a ton of ground beef with zero seasoning, some lettuce and cilantro.. It tasted BLAND. But it is not the biggest problem. When I asked for some sour cream and cheese to make it taste like SOMETHING because i didn't wanna send it back, they charged me $5 for that!! I even had to add left over salsa from our chips. It was that bland. But again this is not biggest problem. After we complained about the check because they charged us $5 for the tiny cup of cheese and sour cream, the manager had the nerve to come to our table with one hand on his hip, one hand on our table saying " so what's up whats going on, you got a problem ? " HA! I explained him once again , the salad was bland and had no garnishment so I asked some and I shouldnt be charged for that. He went on to saying " anything extra you order we charge so i will take it off this time but you have to pay next time" . I tried to explain it to him AGAIN that it came with just ground beef lettuce and a little bit cilantro, nothing else, not even seasoning. He kept arguing with me with the worst tone and choice of words a manager could have. He even had the nerve to say "well if you didnt like it you should have told me " The whole conversion and his attidute were extremely unprofessional and unsettling. Not only the food was disappointing but the management is absolute garbage too ! Do yourself a favor, dont waste your time...

Ao ive eaten at the plaza azteca in myerstown and figured this one would be the same quality, it is not. The server is very slow, charged us for things without disclosing the prices b4 hand. The server was very slow. I ordered the burrito de california and it was not good, tasted like the salty stuff u get at walmart in the burrito mix. Our server was so slow, i am writting this review on my phone while i wait for her to take my card. She didnt bring me straws i walked up to the bar and grabbed some myself. She was also very clumsy and dropped pens on me while getting our menus she also dropped our drinks and had to go have new ones made. I dont ever want to eat at this plaza azteca again.

Response to owner: its specifically your plaza azteca im apalled with ive been to 2 others and never experienced this. You need to fix the food stop using premade frozen meats or at least use some with less salt in them it was disgusting i went in hungry ate wat i could and was still hungry my wife was so disgusted with her burrito she couldnt even eat more than half. Also a burrito de california is supposed to have fries in it. Mine had 1 fry chopped into 3 pieces. The chips were probably the best part of my visit there but even then it was like my chips were warmed up in a microwave. Im sorry but youve lost my business at this location.
