TEP has become the village we have been looking for, and was never sure we’d find. Miranda has cultivated an incredible resource for our community, and is connecting kids and parents in fun opportunities that help make parenting more manageable, and enjoyable. We’ve loved the Play Hubs, Sing & Play, Art Play, Postpartum Support Group and the Stories on the Move series. I love that we can sign up for a series so we can see the same families and cultivate relationships, or do a drop in when our schedule allows. She continues to expand the opportunities and takes feedback to help meet families where we are. Our now 1yo and 3yo have both blossomed and thrived in the environment, and we’ve made friends that we now connect with outside of the sessions. I love continuing to meet new families, and would recommend this with 10 stars if that was an option. Follow TEP on social media, register to come in, and ask Miranda anything you need. Every resource she provides has been helpful to us in one way or another. We celebrated our 1yo bday at a group there. The inclusive, adaptable, thoughtful approach is unmatched. It’s a home away from home and my kids beg to go more. We’ve gone as often as twice a day or three times in a week when our schedule allows. It really is that special and amazing. This is a true gem, and we’re so honored to be a part of the TEP community. Hope to see you there!

An absolute gem for parents and little ones! The Emerging Parent has been such a wonderful part of our lives. It’s more than just a playgroup — it’s a community. It’s where I found my village. Through weekly classes, I’ve built deep friendships with other moms, and now we have a tight-knit group whose little ones are growing up side by side. That kind of support has meant everything. My 2-year-old adores going each week — she talks about “play group” constantly, and sings the songs at home. Her favorite part is parachute and then snack time at the end (which feels like a special little celebration every class!). Miranda, who runs the group, puts so much thought and care into everything. She rotates the toys and activities weekly, so there’s always something new to explore, which keeps my toddler engaged and excited. It has become a highlight of our week — for both of us! If you’re looking for a nurturing, inclusive, joyful and developmentally attuned space where your little one can thrive and you can find your village, The Emerging Parent is it. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

This space is amazing, as a mom of twins it can be so hard to get out and make sure both of my kids are safe at this age. Miranda's space is welcoming and she has an awesome selection of toys for gross and fine motor skills. The best part is you don't have to be stressed out about it being too busy when you get there or your little ones getting run over by big kids.

My 2 year old son and I attended Miranda’s Toddler Huddle for the month of April and I have nothing but good things to say about our experience! The moment my son and I walk through her door we are greeted with Miranda’s smiling face and welcomes each individual family with open arms right as they are!

Miranda does an amazing job of creating a judgement free atmosphere during her classes and meets my son right where he’s at in his development and what he’s choosing to do in the moment. My son has a speech delay, he’s a very demanding toddler with high energy, the first two weeks of classes was rough for my little guy and Miranda provided some tools and insight on ways we can incorporate what we discuss in class to what we do at home, and the last two weeks of classes I have seen significant improvement in my son’s development thanks to Miranda’s early childhood development knowledge. We’re so thankful for Miranda and this play space and look forward to more of her classes in...
