The facility was nice and clean however the customer service from the young employee working the front counter was unacceptable. We took our children and his baseball team to enjoy some non-baseball related fun and was immediately disappointed with the customer service from the young man checking us in. When my spouse and I presented our retired Military ID cards for the Military benefit that they offer, we were instructed that only we could receive the benefit and not our children because the boys didn't have an ID card present with them. I asked to speak to the manager and the individual told me that he was the manager in which later I found out that he wasn't. The discounted price was a significate amount and I spent $80 dollars, but since they chose to put money before customer service I will not bring my family back to this location. To my Military family and friends, make sure you bring your kids ID cards, birth certificates and updated shot records just in case the actual manager isn't there and you run into the young man we encountered. In my review I stated that we ( all of the parents from the baseball team) took our kids. I didn’t ask for a Military discount for the team as every parent there was able and responsible for paying for their own child. Let’s not play the word game, be professional and address the issue. Thank you for your response and have an...
Read moreEdited to add that I have pictures & videos if you would like they just won't let me add them to this review because you obviously didnt review the footage very thoroughly. They absolutely did NOT stop vacuuming when we asked , in fact they started vacuuming closer to our party and yes, regardless if their friends paid or not they shouldnt be doing backflips when we have kids right there.I have pictures of 5 year old kids at our party having to step over cords to redeem tickets. Original review: You would think they close at 4. We had my nephews birthday party here today and at 345 they had a group of the workers friend in here doing back flips not only on the ground but off a table. They started to vacuum about 10 minutes after (so 4 oclock) and we were basically yelling to hear my nephew open presents. My father said something to one of the employees asking if they could please wait to vacuum so we could hear each other and she proceeded to go behind the counter and laugh with another employee. They continued to vacuum and we had kids having to walk over cords. If you're going to let young kids run the place, make sure they have respect for people paying for a party. Laser tag was fun but won't ever go back. would think...
Read moreAll right this place is almost falling apart I'll admit it one of the power up machines at the laser tag is broken and if there's another one it's also broken there's three of them so one of them is still at but there's a lot of things to like for one the laser tag arena is very very very well designed for 2 they have a lot of different arcade machines with a lot of variety sure a lot of them are Shooters and drivers but you also have your claw machines as well as a few other types of games like Galaga and centipede and after that I know it says that the Laser Maze is still active on their Google Maps page and on their website but it's actually been broken down for the entirety of this year it might be fixed by the time you're reading this but don't count on it anyway I still recommend coming here and if you're not going to use the batting cages just remember you're going to get a better deal if you buy your Laser Tag Games individually as well as get the 200 tokens it cost about $35 to get the 200 tokens it costs maybe 20 $24 to get for laser tag games anyway five stars would come again but I'm on vacation so I...
