Bought shower curtains to put over my windows when it rained and bought 4 too many. Didn't have receipt. Tasha took it upon herself to judge me a theif and deny my return. I don't steal. Ever. Give these people my business she was snarling and raising her voice belittling me when come to find out its not her decision to make. The store is a chain who has predetermined I get store credit without a receipt. So I went in again. She denied me and yelled at me and again snarled at me with her missing teeth and mustache and furthermore saw her smoking drinking a can of coke then went right in to handle the till. Gross. Very unprofessio AL and has literally zero ndiscretion. Has no customer skills and needs charm school. For the first time in my life I feel I want to steal!!..now when homeless people ask if they can boost for me IL let them. For sure. That little denial which I was going to turn around and spend right then and there will cost you all tenfold. Count on it. Stupid stupid and a dirty store to boot. Also Tasha should not wear diapers at work it doesn't fit right under her dirty jeans s and looks weird. Just wear a maxi pad or something. Diaper is too...
Read moreThe employees at this store (with the exception of maybe 2) are completely and utterly freaking useless, rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful! ESPECIALLY the "so called" Store Manager Brian and "so called" Cashier Janet. I arrived at the store at 9:55pm (to grab 1thing. Benadryl because my husband was having an allergic reaction) they had 5 minutes before closing. As I'm approaching the door I realize the doors are closed which is not normal during store hours. I look up to see Brian and Janet (which are the people I usually have issues with when I'm at this store) Standing in the 2nd doorway with their backs to me. I Hear Janet yell to a customer in the store "you need hurry we are closed" then Brian looks back and sees me and says "you can leave we are closed". I look at my phone and its now 9:57pm (still 3 minutes to closing). I tell him "its only 9:57pm, I just need some benadryl." He says "I dont care i say we are closed". (As he looks at his wrist watch) When I told them I was going to report this to corporate, he said "go ahead they are going to care about as much as I do right now". How in the hell do people like this...
Read moreI keep seeing rave reviews for this location, and I can't understand why. They almost always are out of sales items, and more than a few regular items are always missing as well.
However, it's the management and cashiers that really make this place a miss. I see people talk about how "nice and helpful" they are, and it's just not true (Or rather they must play favorites). Every single time I have shopped there, there are never smiles, and the greetings are always by rote.
I almost feel sorry for the people who actually believe this store deserves 5 Stars, as I imagine they are just used to outages and being treated poorly. Kind of like Stockholm Syndrome for shoppers.
I'd just like to add I have looked through the reviews, and have noted 5 of them from people I have seen working there. Cheap way to try and...
