This place has a really great food and really great cocktails, especially around Christmas where they have three special Christmas cocktails! The ambience is super cute. I love how it’s decorated and cultural and I just absolutely loved it! So I gave them a one because …..First of all the service was SUPER slow. We had to go to the bar to ask for a lot of things that we needed. I literally grabbed my own napkins reaching across to the inside of the bar. Because that was faster. If we had known how slow service was gonna be we would’ve just sat at the bar, but we sat at a table on the outside. Also, when she didn’t bring my order out correctly, she tried to say that I didn’t ask for that and tried to blame it on me. When me and my friend that I was with both heard me say that I asked for something specific. This is not good customer service at all! Secondly, as they say in real estate business, location, location location. This place was so far north east, and took so long to get to especially because, there is traffic right there off of the Charleston Road that they are located on. It’s not worth the drive. Also, the outside of it is really sketch! I did not feel safe. As soon as we parked, we ran into the bar and as soon as we left the bar, we ran to our car. Nice artwork on the walls, but we didn't like the service and the place. We were excited to check out this spot after seeing multiple social media influencers sharing videos and we were so disappointed and not what it is hyped up to be. This was our experience: I called and wanted to make a reservation for 6. I called because their Instagram post said to call to make a reservation, and when I called they said they don't make reservations. So we just walked in. The lady asked if we had a reservation and I said no because I had called and they had told me that they don't make reservations, and the lady said, exactly. And we were like 🫠🫠🫠🫠. If they don't make reservations, why are they asking if we have one? We were given a super small table for 6 people and it was super wobbly and the chairs too. I ordered a michelada and they gave me the cup with the Clamato mix and no beer 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. I had to ask the lady for it and it took for ever to get it. When I finally got it and tasted it, it was so watery. It wasn't good. So we all just drank our one drink and left. Even though the place had like 3 cool art pieces on the wall, everything else just didn't match the posts. The rest of the bar, or the vibe. If I can rate this place 0 stars, I would! Where do I start. I went on a Saturday and I noticed this place was over it’s capacity limit and hard to get around all the people. I wanted to leave immediately but was with friends and thought I should give it a chance. Bad decision! There was security but none of them were making sure that walkways were kept clear and people out of danger. I got a table but no chairs were provided and waited over 30 minutes for our cocktails. I requested hookah and it was bad. The hookah wasn’t working so I politely asked the hookah girl if she can see what’s wrong with it. She picked up the glass hookah, not securing it and she dropped the hot coals on me. Burning my chest & hair! She not only burned me but when she let go of the on hookah on to the floor, she caused a slip and fall accident on some poor lady. No manager on site to apologize or at the very least refund our money due to the horrible experience. I called 2 days later asking for the owner and I was refused his information and told to go talk to manager if I wanted to. Where was he/she the day of when all this happened? I’m not letting this go this easy. That’s how bad of an experience I had at this place....
