Palm Pizza — Restaurant in Nevada

This used to be my new fav go to for pizza. Unfortunately not anymore I placed an order last night for a mini pizza w/ pepperoni a side Caesar salad, a philly cheesesteak and a can of pepsi,. Just to get a callback from the order taker, who tells me I need to pay the previous order recently almost 2 weeks ago 3/11. Before I can proceed to the new order. I'm like what ? There's gotta to be some sort of mistake. I said no way and I canceled my order. I look at my bank statement transaction went through. When I ask for the mgr said he wasn't in til the next day which is today. I tried to reach him at noon still got that order taker again and she just hung up on me like 3x. How rude that was. After I explain to her the reason for my call. I went after work and spoke with manager name Michael, he did poorly as well he made it seem like it was my fault that the previous order which I called for pick up was back there waiting when i was inside the store 30min when he himself told me it would take another 10 min for my order when I had already paid. He did apologize and it was pitiful and he still had the audacity to ask if I was placing an order or not ? and that he cleared off the balance I supposedly owed. He said their call center reported I still owed a balance. I left there so upset and disappointed. Your customer skills needs improvement. How dare u treat a regular client this way. U get an F for failure in dissatisfaction of service. Its highly unlikely I'll be returning. U Don't even deserve not one star or my business. The dough doesn't make u The Clients do. Excellent pizza! I could eat pizza or anything else on their menu everyday its so tasty and the prices are just fantastic for such nice portions!!! You will save money eating here and don't feel like the meal was skimpy, or you were jipped- Palm Pizza has tons to choose from and you can mix and match the toppings you like as long as it's an ingredient already on the menu. VERY helpful, kind, nice and friendly staff. If you don't feel like pizza they have other things on the menu that don't disappoint- A very Good place for the whole family, but three things: the inside seating is extremely small. Be prepared to do take out or to eat in your car.... eating in your car takes me to point number two, Palm Pizza is right next door to Palm Market. I also did a review for that place... As I said about Palm Market I will say about Palm Pizza, the surrounding area is terrible, extremely seedy. They don't seem to be as many people hanging around the front door loitering and asking for money, making most people feel very uncomfortable, as there are next door at the market. Just remember this isn't the best part of town. Ok, lastly my number three point will bring me to a close... #3, IF YOU LIKE JALAPEÑOS GET THEM HERE AND GET A LOT OF THEM ON YOUR PIZZA BUT BE PREPARED FOR ONE HOT MOUTH!!!!! DELICIOUS AS CAN BE BUT SUPER DUPER HOT- LOL, WATCH OUT THE KIDS DON'T TAKE AN ACCIDENTAL...

Just had pizza and calzone from Palm Pizza on Charleston and Palm. The thin-crust pizza bottom was soggy and floppy. Couldn't even pick it up. When I tried to pick a slice up it flopped over and the toppings fell off. It was also very greasy! I had to soak up the shiny fat off the top with napkins. Saddest pizza ever! The calzone dough was so tough it almost my jaw trying to chew it. It was also overfilled with ricotta cheese that I couldn't find the two toppings flavor at all. Overwhelming ricotta cheese. when I called to tell them of the problem they wanted me to either get new tonight or return the food. What? I use my gas and time for their mistake? I don't think so! Eventually, she said they would send a driver. But we had struggled through eating half the pizza. So no refund! Even though it is their mistake. I would have been happy with a return of half the money but she needed to talk to a supervisor. She didn't offer to do that, so maybe the supervisor wasn't there. I also had a hard time understanding her. It was the worst pizza I've ever had the displeasure to eat. Going in the trash. What a shame and a waste of money. Would you pay over 20.00...
