The place is cool I thought I’d learn techniques and how to genuinely fight but never got coached. Coaches stand from a distance say a drill (rarely) or have you spar (everyday basically) I was paying $200 a month for boxing and kickboxing classes the boxing classes are a joke bro yells a 12 number combo and if your a beginner you look stupid cause it makes no sense and the coach doesn’t guide you he just laughs or sits down yelling combos. The kickboxing classes are also a joke. The sparing is not touch sparing it light it’s full send and they pair you with either really heavier dudes or teens that are way smaller. Got mini concussions everyday basically and even met a dude which was a cool guy who we later spared and came at me full send which I had to humble. If you wanna pay high prices and waste time not learning anything then come here no pad work either and they make you take off your shoes and step on the grass field which busts your feet up. Terrible gym terrible instructors.
Decided to leave after I joined boxing classes and came in on Wednesday and coach said cause I didn’t have a fight capital shirt I had to take body shots from everyone (15+ people) all which aimed for my sternum not my stomach which made me stop breathing multiple times and just got laughed at. (Reminder nobody ever said I needed a shirt.) most gyms in Vegas are like this one which obtain high ego envious type of people your better learning from online courses and getting a bag and then using a friend or sibling to learn cause paying $150+ a month for a workout you can do at EOS is a...
