My wife and I spent a Sunday afternoon playing both chapters at Lost Games Escape Rooms and all I can say is if you're a fan of escape rooms or are looking for a creepy fun time in Vegas you MUST visit this place!! From what I've seen the rooms themselves are above average as far as production value and originality of the puzzles goes. Chapter one is pretty straightforward and shouldn't pose too many problems for ER veterans, while chapter 2 was a bit trickier. My wife and I competed both chapters (with a little help on part 2), and even though the rooms are relatively large I probably wouldn't recommend a group of more than 3 for ER enthusiasts because the puzzles are relatively linear and some people might be standing around a lot while one or two other people are busy. But then again, this place is a lot of fun so even if you have a large group you might want to all head on over and check it out. What really made this place stand out for me was the immersive aspect of our visit. The owners and staff clearly care about creating a unique experience for customers. I won't ruin anything but you are basically patients in the "asylum" the entire time you are there. Even when we were using the restroom or taking a break between chapters we felt as though we were in another world. Our game master/nurse/fellow patient was awesome and we had a blast hanging out with her during our visit. I'd also like to give a special shout out to Sally for playing so many fun games with us! I wish there were more chapters, I would return in...
Read moreFirst off, let me say that the staff here was fantastic. I called in advance to ask some questions since I have pretty bad night blindness, but over the phone I was given clear answers and advice on if the room fit our needs.
My group of four did the Fortune Teller with Addison, and it was a nifty experience. The general staging as well as the interaction from the actor made the whole experience feel alive. We were able to make jokes and sort of play in the situation, which is so much more fun than a GM somewhere giving hints. Addison also adapted extremely well to our groups dynamics.
Unfortunately, the room has a technical mishap near the end, but they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Not only did they allow us to do another room (Playtime), they stayed over an hour late to ensure we could do it. That was far and above what was expected, and I'm impressed with the effort they went.
In the second room, while the actor wasn't as interactive as Fortune Teller, we still really loved the touches of how they made themselves involved in the plot. Since we were a more experienced group they didn't help unless we asked, and we could continue to joke back in forth without breaking any characters or immersion.
It was an absolutely stellar experience, and as a local who has been to a good deal of the escape rooms around the valley, this one will be my go to moving forward. Fortune Teller was so interesting, I wanna try it with another group when friends...
Read moreThis establishment has been absolutely incredible. I have been doing several escape rooms the last few weeks due to a recent surge of interest in them. I can say hands down. This has been my favorite, I did the Asylum: Playtime room. The design was remarkable, the puzzles were challenging, and of course- Sally. Tobi, I apologize if I spelt your name wrong, was our game master and she truly made this a great experience. Her acting and hints made this all that more interesting and immersive so thank you to her. Overall, absolutely enjoyed and highly recommend this experience. Thank you guys!
Update! Came back because of how much we loved this company. This time it was just a friend and I, and we did the Fortune Teller room and absolutely adored it. It wasn’t your usual escape room and extremely interactive, we enjoyed the puzzles, the story, and of course the acting. Jack was our Game Master and my goodness, he was phenomenal. He gave a great experience, interactions and was a super friendly throughout the room. We felt engaged and like we really were in a twisted Fortune Tellers office. So thank you for freaking my friend out, giving us a great story. Thanks again Lost Games, will be back for the rest of...
