This is a nice little park that serves as a staging area for the numerous trails that lead out of this park.

The double sided half circle parking area offers plenty of space for the size of the park. The restrooms are right by the parking area which is convenient and offers safety as it's located in a high traffic area. The children's jungle gym playground area looks brand new. The water playground area is a hit for the kids when the Vegas heat hits. There's numerous shaded areas to hang around and enjoy the area. The grass fields are spacious and are super dog friendly.

Towards the back of the park, you'll find the pathway that leads to the trails in the nearby mountains. The trails linger on the base of the mountain as well as the mountain itself. The park is loaded with residents in the area enjoying the park. I don't live in the area as my visit was to go hike down the local trails. The park is clean, very new and I'm sure I'll be visiting again to get my...

Excellent new park in North Summerlin region with 2 huge, concealed motor jungle gyms (age 2-5 and 5-12), sprinkle cushion, outing regions with BBQ and 2 huge green regions. Bathroom offices and drinking fountain. Bike support region. Huge loads of covered outdoor tables and a decent lit, cleared way around everything. Sits at the foundation of Cliff Shadows where you can climb, trail run, off-road bicycle, rock climb, and play in the desert. Extraordinary format and huge loads of play to be needed to make a day of it. Expression of caution, we discovered a child (non-venemous) snake hanging out in the verdant region. With such closeness to the mountain you should keep your eyes open for your children and your hide infants. Presently go play and have a...

Beautiful new park in North Summerlin area with 2 large, shaded kinetic playgrounds (age 2-5 and 5-12), splash pad, picnic areas with BBQ and 2 large grassy areas. Restroom facilities and water fountain. Bicycle maintenance area. Tons of covered picnic tables and a nice lighted, paved path around it all. Sits at the base of Cliff Shadows where you can hike, trail run, mountain bike, rock climb, and play in the desert. Great layout and tons of play to be had to make a day of it. Word of warning, we found a baby (non-venemous) snake hanging out in the grassy area. With such close proximity to the mountain you should keep your eyes open for your kids and your fur babies. Now go play...

Nice park with great views. No swings. if you are looking for swings try Lone Mountain Regional Park which is not far away and also has a dog park. Be wary of critters. There are a lot of bees around the splash pad so make sure your children are wearing water shoes. Also, because it's close to the mountain be wary of snakes, scorpions, spiders all of that. On our latest visit, a snake slithered across the playground with kids around at dusk. This is the second time we've seen a snake at this park. On another visit, we spotted a snake under the climbing wall. Make sure you clean up your trash and do not feed the pigeons! The last thing anyone wants is poop-covered benches and play equipment.

This park is a great place to have parties and bring the kids and family. There are 2 parks, one for larger kids and one for toddler size. But honestly, kids of all sizes can go on both. There's a lovely splash pad for everyone to play in and keep cool during the summer heat. You are allowed to have parties, anything over 25 people requires a permit. Penthouse of shaded sitting areas, tables, benches. There's a bathroom on site and plentiful parking. My nieces love running around the whole park. There's even a walk trail for for you to bring your beloved pets or to walk yourself. Overall just wonderful.
