I have to give this store a 2, and that’s because I’m a HUGE fan of Tropical Smoothy and the idea behind the hole store, but this location has the rudest little girl (girl with brown/black hair, piercings all over her face, and the taller boy with curly hair, glasses and piercing on his face as well) working there today on Saturday 5/28/22. They actually told me “that’s not my problem” “you have an attitude“ “there’s no supervisor I can call for you”, which in the end they had to call a supervisor and correct, but the trouble to even be heard was ridiculous, this is all because I tried to communicate a problem with the food I ordered. It like the girl didn’t like black woman. As soon as she saw me she became disgruntle and didn’t want to assist with anything, not even to calm down and listen. The door was locked when I got to the store at 12:35 in the afternoon and there were teens just chilling out in the store. I had to wait until after another couple who entered the store after me received their drinks and I was on my break in a nurse uniform (I’m a nurse with a 30 min break, which I was late returning to because of this issue). Very careless and terrible service. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism anywhere. I don’t wont go back to that location and would NeVEr suggest...
Read moreI’m typically not one for reviewing a business online and leaving negative feedback, but this place has been amazingly talented at providing less than reasonable service. The staff seems to always have something better to do than service the customers who walk in. When they do finally get to you and take your order prepare to wait another 10 mins to get your order (this is on a day where there are at least 4 staff members, yet you are the only one in the lobby with an order). After you finally receive your order, don’t expect it to be what you ordered. Because somehow through the 10ft distance from the register to the blender the ball was dropped and your order was not made correctly. So at this point you have a choice of take more of your time, that the staff of this establishment doesn’t value or find important, and wait for them to remake your order, or just take the incorrect order so you can continue your day.
This is not a one time experience. This has been the norm every time I go in this place. (Closes place to me that makes smoothies that are healthier)
This location is in desperate need of management.
If you go here just expect a lower level of service and account for the time it will take for your order to be remade...
Read moreCame through the drive through. Confused as to whether the place is even open. Looks abandoned. Actually they were open to my surprise. Ordered my smoothie and pulled up to the window. For starters the girl at the window had an attitude. Whatever. Maybe she’s having a bad day. Then go to pay with the tropical smoothie app. She then tells me in a snotty way that they don’t take the app. I asked since when. She tells me they never have. I tell her I’ve used it at the store before. She tells me no you didn’t because we’ve never taken it. So I pay with my card. Look at my app and wow, I’ve used it at that store twice in the last month and a half. I don’t appreciate being called a liar in a round about way. I will never go to that store again. No wonder there’s only 2.7 stars. Your people make the difference. Time to take a look at the problem. Oh on top of everything else I asked for no turbinado and it’s obvious it’s in the smoothie. I can tell what it’s supposed to taste like. Not a care for the customers at all. You would think with everything going on you may want to step it up. Once again....
