I stumbled across this restaurant after some intense online surfing one day...ok, maybe it wasn't that intense, but it did take ~30 minutes of my evening. I read some of the online reviews and based on the majority of the customer's reactions, it seems as though this is a restaurant I needed to visit. My family and I ended up visiting this restaurant on the evening of 15 Jul 2024 and when we walked in, it wasn't that busy...which was appreciative on my end, but I'm sure was disappointing for the restaurant.
When I sat down, I couldn't help but notice the nice décor in this restaurant - this business clearly took their time with the interior design. The menu options were spectacular...but I already knew it sounded good since I took a glimpse of it before arriving. We ordered the Potato Twister, Pan Fried Mandu, Fried Rice Cake, Bulgogi Puff Pie, Korean Meat-Jun, Kalbi Patty, Kimchi Pancake, The Bouquet, Combination (w/Kalbi, Outside Skirt, and Rib Fingers), and Pork Belly. Everything we ordered tasted good but the Fried Rice Cake, Bulgogi Puff Pie, Kalbi, and Outside Skirt were clearly the highlight of the evening. Of notable significance, our dessert (Pancake Ice Cream) was phenomenal as well. The food presentation was out of this world, to the point where I didn't even want to eat the food because it was so appealing to look at.
The service was excellent - our two servers (one male and one female) did such a remarkable job; they were extremely attentive, friendly, and efficient. Based on the receipt, the server's name was Sean, and the cashier's name was Jay. I'm not certain if that's accurate names or not, but for what it's worth, I figured I'd mention it since I was impressed with the customer service that evening.
The one thing that confused me that evening was the actual grill. I've noticed a lot of photos online in which customers were cooking their meat on a smaller grill with a different heating element (I think it was charcoal). If I were to choose between charcoal or gas, I definitely would have charcoal, but it wasn't offered to us. Again, I'm not 100% certain if it was charcoal - I'm just assuming this from the online/menu photos. A charcoal grill would've been an awesome experience for us considering every Korean BBQ restaurant I've visited always utilizes gas grills. Regardless, the food was still cooked and it still tasted good.
The prices were slightly on the higher end, but it's definitely worth it. Eating at a tapas style restaurant is fun whether it's a date night or in a large group; however, I enjoy traditional Korean BBQ where there's a robust meat menu and large quantity of food at a reasonable price. This restaurant is unquestionably unique in every way and offers a balance of quality, craftsmanship, and comfort between their food and facility. There's no doubt that my family and I will be visiting again in the near future. I'm particularly happy that this restaurant is closer to my house versus other Korean-inspired restaurants in Las Vegas. I highly recommend this restaurant...
Read moreI saw the sign a couple of weeks ago while picking up Thai food from our neighborhood Thai place. I was ecstatic about the idea of a Korean tapas restaurant opening up in the complex that is closest to our house. I have been waiting for the right moment to try this place out, and guess what, there's never a better time than now.
It's a Thursday night, and the place is decently filled. We were seated immediately and the bus person took our drink orders almost as soon as we sat down. We got waters and peach soju.
They gave us the complimentary Korean bonsai (assorted chips), and I liked some of it and didn't like some of it. I wouldn't pay $6 to get this, to be honest. I think they should make this complimentary for good.
We ordered the meat jun, bulgogi puff pastry, and the combination meats (short rib, outside skirt, and chicken thighs). I have to say, this might rival the Korean BBQ that I had in Korea, as I was just there recently. The meats were VERY tender, and that charcoal grill just hits different. I was initially hesitant to shell out $34 for such small portions of meat, but after demolishing that meat in less than 15 minutes, I can definitely see the rationale. Their meat here was probably better than some of the places I've tried that advertise Wagyu beef.
I told the server that we would be back here every week, and I am going to make it happen. Thank goodness we now have a GREAT Korean spot...

It is always fun to me when you can experience something that isn't the norm. Being here in Vegas we have so many restaurants that offer picturesque moments that other places don't. So my adventure at this restaurant begins of course
Upon entering was quickly greeted and ushered over to a booth. Menus were given. Now they are still new so there non alcohol situation is limited. I don't really drink and as most know I can't have soda. So water it remained.
Opted for the Combination Platter, Bulgogi puff Pastry, Corn Cheese, Waffle Cone Potato Salad, Bulgogi Stew, Yuzu Marinade Tomatoes, Kalbi Chicken, Potato Twister, Complimentary Bonsai Appetizer , and Complimentary Ube Shaved Ice. Now I'll be honest all of it was wonderful. Even breaking the Cone and using it as a scoop for the Potato salad to get that sweet and savory taste. Highly pleased
Interior is neat. It is set up to look like your eating outdoors. Whomever put thought into this decor did a great job. Music was playing in the background. Kpop to be exact so I was in my happy place. Everything was very clean
Would most def recommend- pricing is a reflection of quality and presentation. Staff were fabulous. My table was continually checked on. This place can get busy so plan...
