Con men tricksters and incompetent employees. As much as I dislike name calling, this place is worst. Do not use their You coach program or you will be very sorry. They will not allow you to cancel your contract until they have at least charged you for 2-3 month over the stated contract length. I signed up for 3 month and the coach (Kibwe) told me that he will set it to cancel at the end of the term, because they will continue to bill my account. After 3 month I see that I was billed twice, and I called and asked why I’m still being billed and I was told that they canceled the contract so they’re not sure why. I contacted the corporate office and someone told me that after 3 month they must bill be for another month, but the fitness locations are not aware of this. I asked, how am I supposed to know this if the coaches who signed me up don’t even know this policy and she said, “good point”. I requested again that my account be refunded and make sure that it’s canceled. Needless to say I called the club on multiple occasion and they kept telling me the same thing, that they are working on canceling the contract with corporate and they will call me back. I never received a call back from Kibwe or the location manager who is fully aware of the issue. I contacted my bank and ask them to stop payment and a few days later they tried to bill us again and was denied. The corporate office contacted us to ask why the payment wasn’t made and we told her that we canceled this over a month ago. The corporate representative said “oh, I see that you requested to cancel, but you have to go to a branch to do so. Sigh! We have been there and still nothing was done. I wasn't propertly instructed correctly as of being my first time there and no one gave me a tour of the place or how the lime card works at all and what the deal on the people who has the lime card or the offers that they can get, plus i was instructed online once I sign up and head to the location that I would get these things " Membership Benefits

I wasn't told any of these things and i was not offer a T-shirt or any of the following beside the lime card, and the reason why I chose this location because it was closer to my house.... I was very upset on how when i arrive on the second day that I proceeded to walk towards to weight machine and the coach with long dreads who was training a young lady told me I couldn't used any of the 7 machine that was in the area because he was using all the machine to train one young lady and he was very rude and disrespectful and told me I had to wait with an attitude till he finish with all his session with the young lady and than I can used them, he never not once came to me and told me he was finish training the young lady ... I was service very poorly and I would not recommend this place to anyone of my family or friends at all... I'll make sure I'll blog this on my post.... I will never go...
