Food was good as usual but delivery driver was beyond rude. I put in the comment to look up my last name in the directory to be called in. He called and yelled what is gate number. I told him like I put down you have to dial my last name but I would open the gate. You could heat the gate say access granted and gate opening and he yells asking what is my name. I said I already opened the gate and he hung up. I went outside as the driver's never know which house it is. The driver did not get out of the car, he rolled down the window, his car reached or weed, and he asked Mr what the total was for my card. I told him I clicked on the 18% for the tip and he still didn't know the total. I had to look up my order in my email for the total for him. Driver took my card through the passenger window and ran my card. He then stuck the food through the passenger window which it did not fit and I had to sit there an maneuver it out of the car. This driver was extremely rude and unprofessional. A shame as the food is good, but if your team is rude, customers will start going somewhere else to get...

Update: Management has removed the surcharge associated with credit/debit transactions, and I have stopped in randomly the last 3-4months and I've seen the improvements (changing rating from 1 star to 4).

I've frequented this restaurant since '05, and it has been my favorite Chinese spot. Recent ownership change gave me hope of better days to come; the food quality improved, as well as customer service. In the last month, it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say I want back almost every other day. But today I went back to find a sign posted for a $0.50 surcharge for using credit or debit cards. Under FL Statute 501.0117 this is not allowed. I called 5 min before i came in the restuarant for an order. The Asian lady at the front counter said she never spoke to me on the phone but yet my number appears on her phone. She said she don't recall the order which was literally 5 min ago. She said someone else, who walked in a min before me and made an order in front of me, was her order. The Asian woman was getting my order over the phone confused with a lady who ordered inside before me. She said my order over the phone was the lady order and mines never exsisted. but yet she sees my number on her log. Then she acted like she didn't want to take my order. Worst...
