1st I would like to start with the manager that's the number one person. My daughter was standing there for about 15 m8n and she pass by my daughter and ignore her she just wanted a cup of water after ordering food she does not drink soda this late. As she prep food she kept looking at my daughter like she's not important or like she dint care of her needs. As soon as u walk in nobody greets u nobody says hi nobody even acknowledge u. As soon as u walk in they look at u and keep on moving. Drive thru is more important to them then the customer who are in the front inside. As a manager even if drive thru is pack u can atlease say " welcome to taco bell we will be right with u. But no they look at u like ur bothering them. Everybody else was so nice 2 Haitian lady were so sweet to me and my daughter. The manager saw me kinda upset and she was talking on the headphones on her fone laughing. She's so serious makes u not want to come back just because of her coldness and rudeness. So unprofessional that not even she can welcome you or look at u with a decent face. If ur miserable leave that at home because it is not the customer fault. Taco bell is standing thanks to the customers money ! I wouldn't go there anymore just because of that one rude manager. This is not the only time she has look at me this way I dont understand why she's so miserable. Somebody like that i dont want to eat out of her hands ! The food was sloppy because they to busy making drive thru food and they will leave u there waiting! Like ur not valuable lime the drive...

I recently visited the Taco Bell near my workplace and ordered one of their value meal boxes through the drive-thru. The staff member who attended to me was exceptionally friendly and provided quick service. However, there were a few aspects of my experience that could be improved to enhance customer satisfaction.
Upon reaching the payment window, I promptly paid and received my drink within seconds. However, I noticed that my meal was handed to me without any packaging or bag to carry it. It felt slightly inconvenient, as I had to hold the box while driving.
The food itself was what I expected from a fast-food restaurant - average in taste and quality. Nevertheless, it would have been more appealing if the presentation matched the overall experience. Having my meal properly packaged would have made it easier to transport without any spills or mess.
Unfortunately, as I was leaving the premises, the small sauce packets provided toppled over and scattered beneath the seat of my car.
In summary, my visit to this Taco Bell featured friendly service and quick delivery of food. However, I suggest that the restaurant pays more attention to packaging meals adequately for takeout orders. By addressing these areas, it would enhance the overall experience and make it more convenient...
Read moreI know you can’t expect much from fast food places. When you minus the meat from Taco Bell it’s not totally awful for the price. Anyhow our order was correct. Just think the manager should give the girl who was working drive through last night at about 8:30/9pm an attitude check and a run down on how customer service works. When someone says “thank you so much mam” you’re suppose to respond with “no problem” or “my pleasure” not a blank face with no response.
My friend said please and thank you multiple times to which no response was made. She clearly saw this girl was having a bad day and was going out of her way to be kind and the girl at the window was just cold and mean. I really dislike leaving reviews like this but that was just too much. Things like that make you lose your appetite. You don’t have to be over the top or fake smile. But at least learn how to say “you’re welcome” when someone says thank you kindly. Or learn how to respond when someone’s wishes...
