Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Lauderdale Lakes

The newer Baskin-Robbins open in Lauderhill area. Half of it is Baskin-Robbins, the other half is Dunkin Donuts. What are the not like about this place is that you have to ask for a code to get into the bathroom. Other than that, the donuts and hash browns were delicious. The mango smoothie from Baskin Robbins was spectacular. THERE ARE plenty of people there, THE place is not understaffed, so your needs are met QUICKLY. Baskin-Robbins has these awesome Oreo cakes that are 14. 99 each, you cannot buy them by the slice but you can buy them by the pie. They look so delicious as it appears to be a a tremendous value! Parking was not an issue, but this Baskin-Robbins Dunkin Donuts seems to be in a place where they will not do so good. I hope that I'm wrong and I hope they're very prosperous in the name of Yeshua hamashiach. Remember that Dunkin Donuts does not have a gentleman that makes the donuts early in the morning at 4 a.m., I feel commercial used to be. On the contrary, there are made off site and then they are brought into the stores.

This particular place, you can walk in and you can take off your social conditioning mask and actually sit wherever you want, as long as it's not in a seat that is closed due to social distancing. God bless all you and remember that Jesus Christ is coming, very soon. The True Believers will be taken away, I will cause a massive stereo. But those Left Behind, they still have a chance to admit that Jesus Christ is their Savior and Lord. To God be the glory!

There are a lot of flavors to chose from. My favorite is praline and cream. The reason for the 2 stars is for the lack of service. My children stood in line waiting to be served and the young lady kept ignoring them. When I finally went inside to see what was the hold up, the young lady said she didn't know they needed help but she can help them now. My niece said that wasn't true because the man behind her told the young lady they were next and she still proceeded to help everyone but them. She didn't even apologize for her behavior. I asked for a supervisor and she was unapologetic as well. She said she didn't see the kids. Then she said she did not know if they had money which my niece was holding the $20 in her hand. All this questions she "didn't know" could of been answered if she would of SIMPLE ASKED THE KIDS. The kids still wanted the ice cream so the same young lady rang them up and purposely over-charged. When I asked for the receipt, she stated the machine doesn't work. So I stood there to calculate and realized she definitely overcharged us and had to speak to the supervisor AGAIN. When the supervisor came, magically the receipt machine worked and I was correct. She charged us for items we didn't even get. This was my 2nd time coming there but my first with my kids. What a bad...

If I could give you zero stars I would. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience. I try to do the survey but of course that wouldn’t allow me to do it either. I tried three times so here’s my review. Nelly was NOT friendly she needs to be retrained she was not attentive no smile on her face she pretty much looked as if she didn’t want to be there I don’t think I’ll be back to this location only that’s literally two minutes away from my house …because of her. Usually when I go there everybody’s friendly patient and attentive but this time no I Winning I got 2 pints of take home and I also got the ice cream thing that looks like a slice of cheesecake when I asked her what it was, she said it was cheesecake I said no I don’t want it because I can’t eat cheesecake she doesn’t even know the products someone else that works there had to basically explain that it wasn’t cheesecake it was all ice cream and then she didn’t ask me if I wanted a bag she handed me the ice cream in my hand in wrap product. I had to ask her for a bag. My boyfriend also had to ask her for a bag as well. She gave me a dirty spoon. I don’t think I will be back at all. It was just a bad experience...
