I gave this store one star because I absolutely love the product but the customer service at the store is disappointing. I purchased some items online that I did not like once I had received them. Both times I went to make the returns the cashiers gave me attitude and seemed like I was a burden. I went to the line for returns (register 1) as I was instructed. First visit was a purchase I was making because the item when I ordered it online had arrived broken. The cashier was asking me why I wanted to purchase the item again and made it seem like an issue. I explained the situation and he was responded with "we can't do that." Am I not entitled to purchase the same item I wanted in the first without defect ? Strike 1! Second visit, there was no line when I arrived. I gave the cashier the receipts from online order and she could not figure out how to do the returns. She was making me feel like I was burdening her and huffing and puffing about the line while remarking "why did you not just send the items back?" Why give customers the option to return in store if it is that much of an issue? Very disgusted with this store and will travel further to give another hobby lobby my business because the cashiers are rude and do not make the customers...
Read moreNEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN! In the midst of me browsing, I’m assuming it was the manager approached me telling me he needs to look through my bag before I leave. In the middle of him explaining himself i stopped him and said “This is how this is going to go. You are going to look through my bag I’m not buying anything or ever shopping here again.” He proceeded to state they look through everyone’s bag. I asked “You look through every women’s purse?” He said my bag isn’t a purse. I stated “ITS A MINI BACKPACK PURSE!!” Opening my bag trying to make him look inside he then said he no longer needs to look in my bag. I then asked “Don’t you have cameras all over this store?” He said “yes.” Then I said “THEN WHY ARE YOU HARASSING ME!” Then I left, never going back there again. Never in 34 years of life has anyone ever checked my bag other than prior to entering festivals/concerts. NEVER at a retail store! Michael’s for the win! Hobby lobby you are out. You need to take customer service training! Employers aren’t legally allowed to ask employees to look through their bag. Not sure if the law is different for a private company or not but NEVER EVER AGAIN! DO BETTER...

From seasonal decor and art supplies to floral arrangements, DIY kits, fabrics, and home furnishings — they truly have something for every hobbyist and decorator out there. It's the kind of place where you come in for one thing and leave with a cart full of inspiration.
One thing that stands out is how immaculately clean and well-organized the store is. The shelves are always neat, products are easy to find, and there’s a clear sense of care in how the store is maintained. It makes the shopping experience so much more enjoyable when everything feels fresh and orderly.
My only small critique is that some of the aisles can be a bit narrow. If two shoppers with carts are going in opposite directions, it can get a little tight. That said, it's a minor inconvenience in an otherwise amazing shopping environment.
Overall, Hobby Lobby is a treasure trove for creative minds and home decor lovers. I always leave feeling inspired and excited for my next project....
