Customer service was absolutely horrible. We have never been treated so bad!! The staff, Hannah, appeared to be very annoyed that we even showed up. When we were gathering up our party to take a picture before hand she threw her arms up in the air and hugged and puffed cause she was about to show us to our room. After we were finished she came over and was upset that my 8 year old child dripped paint into the hallway. When my child with developmental disabilities played with the drinking water machine she threatened to charge us for a new machine due to water being put into the reservoir … I felt like the whole time we were there we were putting her out and there was literally NO ONE else there. No one to cause her stress or trauma. Not sure if she has something going on personally but it was NOT worth my money. The advertisements were all wrong. When I watched videos it showed drums and spinning toys to play with in the room and there was literally nothing but the paint and the canvases. Not at all worth $150 and will never go again! If this keep up with the employees working for the owner they will shut down! Horrible experience. And I will be spreading the news to...
Read moreAxe N Smash is a great place for axe throwing and have integrated games that people can play into their axe throwing experience which makes it a lot more entertaining than other axe throwing places I’ve been to. In addition, they have a smash room if you’re in the mood for wanting to break stuff. The final room they have is a splatter paint room. We did the splatter paint room and for 20 minutes let out our inner Jackson Pollock as we splattered paint using brushes, hands, paint bottles, etc. onto a canvas. It was so much fun! RJ was one of the employees working when we went and not only was she friendly, but was also helpful and accommodating for us. We definitely are going to...
Read moreTHIS PLACE ROCKS. Incredible atmosphere and really feels like a great place to learn, to let out some anger, feel some adrenaline, have a blast, and do all of it safely. Hannah is probably our new favorite person - gave clear explanations, taught us how to throw, helped us find the throwing weapons we were most comfortable with, and joked around with us until we were laughing so hard we couldn’t throw for a bit. I accidentally broke a board and she was so kind about it and cracked up along with the rest of us. I genuinely want a subscription pass to come back every day here! Shoutout again to Hannah. Come here...
