Update: Today was the last time I will visit this location. Seems customer service and the people they have working at this location are lacking skills and rude! I am not sure what happened but, if they donโt stop treating people poorly I donโt care how good food is, there are other places. They will all be out of work soon- I wonโt be returning to patronize a business that does not care about undercooked food! Maybe the health department needs a visit?! Been going for a long time until the most recent experience. Ordered food and was low blood sugar. Immediately after getting food began to eat as soon as I could park in the 1st parking spot next to drive thru that is not marked. 2 bites and some gal from there comes and tells me they need that spot. I replied, you have 3 spots next to me vacant- and this one is not marked ( not to mention I bought 40 dollars worth of food for my family) she replied rudely yep we do. You are parked on the line so you need to move and walked away. Instead of professionalism and saying something kinder โexcuse me.. I hope youโre enjoying your food, sorry to interrupt. But, you are parked crooked and we may need this spot if it gets busy. โI was parked there for literally 7 minutes, and it was a little emergency ma am. I am glad Apollo burgers is just down the street. I will choose wisely when making purchases. You never know and to assume and treat a customer who is parked in an unmarked spot that way- it shows...

When I learned that crown burger had a gluten free bun I knew that I had to take my wife there to try the pastrami burger. The pastrami burger is now my wife's favorite burger by far. She told me "I finally have a burger that I can be excited about. This is what I dream burgers should be like." With feedback like that I have to give this legendary place five stars all across the board. The food is always great. Pastrami burgers are awesome, fries are crispy, fry sauce is the best around. The atmosphere is unique and relaxing. All around a great burger place. Update 2/27/24- I lowered my rating from a 5 to a four. My visit today was a little dissapointing regarding the service. I went to order and I didn't know that the woman I approached for whatever reason could not help me at that time. But instead of telling me she couldn't take my order she ignored me. She refused to look at me or even pretend like she was hearing me. She grabbed a coworker passing by and had him tell me that I needed to go to a different register. I have no idea why she couldn't tell me herself. It came off as snobby and dismissive. Maybe this won't be our go to burger...
ย ย ย Read moreIt had been such a long time since I had last visited any Crown Burger location, but I was taking my oldest daughter on a lunch date and this was where she wanted to eat. The place was super busy, but it was almost 1 pm so the rush makes sense. We looked over the menu and, we both got hamburgers, ๐ and I had a chocolate shake. We found a booth and began a conversation. It took a little longer than expected for our order to cook, but it was busy remember? They called our number, the food was fresh and hot. We ate and continued with our conversation. We finished and talked a while longer. I was a little disappointed that the floor attendees didn't offer to take our tray to the trash for us, they had offered at other tables, c'est la vie. We enjoyed the meal and had a good time together, and no one bothered us or rushed us out the door when they saw we had finished and were talking for about 60 minutes after we were done eating. A little expensive for a burger joint, about $40 bucks for the burgers, fries, and shakes. So not a family thing, but that's neither here nor...
