AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD!! I’ve been in Utah for about a year and It’s been hard finding a good Mexican place especially with authentic flavours and spices, (especially in Utah 😅) you can really taste the love the owners put into their food. Definitely recommend for anybody looking for real MEX food NOT tex mex, and especially NOT toco bell or dell taco 🤢 but REAL MEXICAN FOOD, you really get what you pay for here and honestly the cooking really reminded me of my Abuelita’s cooking 💕 I mean I grew up in Mexico then in California and if your like me then you’ll know that there’s a difference in AUTHENTIC Mexican food and AMERICANISED Mexican food. I had HIGH expectations because of the reviews and I’m happy to say they have been surpassed!! So if you’re looking for REAL MEXICAN FLAVOURS like pozole verde, menudo or even home made chicharron this is the place to go!! Especially if you want REAL SALSAS and not the watered stuff they have in other places 👀💁🏻‍♀️

We got the mojarra - we did wait a while (about 30min) but totally worth it especially cause it’s huge my brother took the rest home Alexis torta- I got the torta Alexis due to it having the same name as me 😂 it was a breakfast torta and the salsa on it was SPICY but sooo good! And o also got a pozole verde that is DELICIOUS!! 🤤 My dad is now OBSESSED with their menudo and said he was coming back tomorrow morning for more! He grew up in Jalisco so he knew right away that the owner had to be from there as well and when he asked the waitress later she confirmed that yes BOTH owners are from Mexico. 🙌 🇲🇽

And we also got the chicharron and guacamole and there are no words for how good the chicharron was especially with the home made guacamole you can totally tell they make their guacamole I chowed down on it! And they have AGUAS FRESCAS that are REAL FRUIT and not powdered agua frescas that some places sell and I got sandía with melon and my brother got the fresa one we really liked them they also do have non alcoholic drinks it would be nice for them to have alcoholic drinks but UTAH and their weird laws 🙄 but over all 10/10 would definitely recommend and come...

Everything we ate was amazing! We had the queso fundido for an appetizer. I was expecting the runny cheese that most places around here have for queso, but this was a melted cheese (not runny) topped with grilled onions and peppers and jalapeños, served with some fresh Tortillas. It was so yummy!!! Enough for the 3 of us to each have 2, perfect appetizer portion. Then, for our meals we had the Nachos Supreme, my son loved them. He wished his stomach was bigger so he could eat it all. But he was stuffed after a little more than half of it. My husband had the pecheron burrito (wasn't on the menu but recommended by the waitress) filled with beef, cheese, Avocado, etc, and was wrapped in bacon. It was a big burrito, he only ate half. I had 3 tacos. Shrimp was my favorite(comes with a sauce that's pretty spicy, so i got that on the side) Pastor was amazing too. Asada was my least favorite, but honestly it was still delicious! All had plenty of meat for my taste. At least half filled with just meat and topped with veggies/pico. We also got street corn (esquites) it was spicier than i expected but we still liked it. AMAZING PLACE ! Beautiful decor and tables ! Great vibe ! All food is made to order , fresh and delicious! Not a fast food restaurant! You can tell when food is made with love and all the right ingredients and this place does it ! We all left so stuffed and happy our stomachs thanked us ! I got pollo Al chipotle and is was delicious creamy and tasteful also came with tortillas and you can always get more ! My sister got mixed fajitas and it also comes with side of rice and beans , guacamole ,sour cream , and tortillas. My cousin got a hot dog Perron and a side of fries and she said it was so good! Onions and jalapeños are sautéed , also has bacon, mayo , mustard topped with salsa if you’re not Into spicy I recommend a mild salsa ! Chips and salsa are fantastic! Salsa is so delicious I had to buy some to take home ! You are able to get more of chips and salsa ! I don’t know why some people complain about it it’s complimentary you aren’t supposed to get the whole bad and a tub of salsa ? 😂 Staff was nice and attentive, got our food just before there rush started coming , even after being busy she still made sure we were okay we got our check it took a bit but I understood because they were busy and it’s easy to see why so many people would want to go to Spanglish .
