LGA Appliance — Attraction in Leacock Township

We had the opportunity to use Lapp Gas Appliance LLC because our GE refrigerator decided to stop cooling(the freezer was fine). I called them and they they were able to give me a time slot of 1pm-4pm the very next day. I had contacted several other places, one said no opening for 4 days, and other places didn't even call back. The day of service I received a call from the service technician before noon, and he said he was 20 minutes away. So arriving an hour early was a huge plus. I explained to the technician that my husband was not home and I just had knee surgery and unable to come to the door, and that our golden retriever would be greeting him. He asked "is it ok if I bring a dog treat for him", I said of course. The service technician, Cohen was very professional, and a very genuine person. He was able to repair the refrigerator.(and was done before 1pm) The whole experience was amazing and I will definitely use them again when the need arises. Your service man for Order ID 39676 came out on Jan 17, 2023 to repair a non-working control panel for our Whirlpool oven. He was very polite, and when he could find nothing wrong with the panel, he looked into the electrical feed and found a break in the ground wire about 12 inches from its connection to the oven. After checking with his supervisor, he repaired this and the panel works. He could have said "go get an electrician," but he opted to get permission to fix the break. We consider this extra effort to be an outstanding service. About a year ago we had one of your service people come out to repair a temperature control problem with our Whirlpool refrigerator. I was put in touch with Lapp Gas Appliance through a 3rd party, and I'm very happy I was matched with them. Throughout the whole process, they remained communicative, professional, and friendly. On the day of my appointment they were running early, and they reached out prior to arriving to confirm it was OK for them to do so. The actual service went very quickly (replacing an ignitor for my oven), they had the part ready to go, and once they confirmed the issue they told me the price before performing the fix.
