Purchased two mattresses from inexperienced salesman on 8/11/23 who told me I could return for a refund more than once if I wasnāt happy with my purchase. Upon receiving the mattresses they were very firm and uncomfortable compared to in store. Another sales woman confirmed we didnāt buy the right mattresses for our body alignment due to the inexperienced salesman. I then settled for an exchange upon being told I canāt have a refund and did my research at various other stores in Lebanon, MJ, and Franklin where every store was able to quote me the same mattresses for thousands less than PricePoint. Price Point then agreed to match another storeās pricing and this process has been going on for almost one month where I have dealt with rude employees, no updates on the new order I settled for (the exchange), they continue to state thereās no order confirmation or tracking info. for the new order. Iāve been waiting on the new order for weeks. I havenāt been in store since 8/18/23 and was charged thousands of dollars on 9/4/23 for mattresses I havenāt received along with Jason, Director of Operations, hanging up on me during this horrendous process & now refuses to complete the mattress exchange because his store has been reported to the BBB. Price Point Furniture participates in false advertisement/marketing, as I was charged a $300 delivery fee and a mattress pick up fee for the original delivery, their website states free delivery & free mattress pick up. They required 20% down, the website states 0% down. Their website states same day delivery for Tempurpedic mattresses and states the mattresses are in stock, but Iām told they had to order the mattresses that their website can be a little off (everything is way off with this place) and for weeks thereās no tracking info. for an estimated delivery date nor do they provide order confirmations and am now told Iām stuck with the original mattresses that they refuse to exchange which is against store policy. I believe this is a violation of the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act for misrepresentation, false advertisement, unfair practices etc. Price Point Furniture consists of money hungry crooks who will not provide customer service when needed. Itās concerning this place is allowed to be open for business or treat customers who spend thousands of dollars with so much disrespect. Customer service advised us via phone that dinning room set would be available June 30, 2025. July 3, 2025, I contacted the Lebanon location to arrange pick up. Customer service (Holly) informed me they're trying to locate our 'bench and table' in the warehouse and will call back that evening which no call was made. July 5, 2025, I called back for status of the dinning set. Customer service stated table is on back order and will not be in stock until August 4, 2025. I called August 4, 2025, for status of dinning set. Customer service stated advised me a new arrival date of August 19, 2025. Today is August 19, 2025. I received an incomplete dinning set. Im missing the following, 2 chairs and the bench. Upon arrival of the table, table leaf was damaged and unrepairable. I was not able to contact the Lebanon location as they are closed on Tuesdays. Delivery driver informed me I will receive a call from the warehouse by 6pm which i did not receive. I am not pleased with the company with the lack of communication. I have no status to when or if the remaining items will be delivered to my home. It's been nearly 3 months and do not have a complete dinning set that was paid in full. The warehouse issues awful. Bought my sectional delivered at night late (which it happens so issue ) but a part of the sectional was broken . I call to inform them and send the info in to fix this . I was told Iād get a call back about when they can swap it out. Over a week later no call with this broken sectional still here. Same woman answers seeās that I did my part and sent everything but the system was not updated on their end so she puts it through for me and tells she will give a call back to check with the warehouse supervisor with info. At this point I had made 2 payments on a sectional I couldnāt use and was nearing a third but still patient. She does in fact get it figured but in the message with the delivery day after they get the other piece in that I would need to wait two weeks basicalky to have it delivered because of my work schedule instead of just the week for it to get shipped in because they had a full delivery schedule of deliveries . At this point I was fed up that I had to follow up twice on my own (after the original delivery day was outside of my window/ wasted my whole day off/on top of the broken piece ) after conveying the message I was about to be done with the sectional and the business completely I was informed it could get done on the Saturday before .
