Un-Dun' — Attraction in Lebanon

Nothing was to like! I went to this store on Saturday Sept 19th 2015 for the first time. I went because I was to take advantage of bring them a pack of cigarettes and they would give you a free starter vapor pen. I also paid 10.00 for some Un Dun E Juice. I live in Sunapee NH when I got home that evening I had charged up and juiced the pen. It started leaking from the glass tank and oil going everywhere. It was too late to call and Sunday they were closed.I called first thing Monday morning and was told I would need to speak to the owner (whom is on site) that she wasn't here to call back later. I did and was told she was tired up and I gave them my number. After 4 more calls from myself throughout the week still no return call. Today I drove up to Lebanon brought my stuff back including my e juice that was wasted. The owner was not there so I was directed by the manager to the guy behind the vapor counter. I explained to him my situation and can't believe his rude unprofessional customer service. I was told that the pen that I was given for my pack was a promotional product. Therefore there was nothing he could do about the tank leaking. That what I got was the bottom of the barrel when it comes to vaping. And it was free so that was just following protocol. I said the pack of cigarettes weren't free for me to buy and either was this 10.00 bottle of juice that was wasted. He said that you used it can't help you with that. I also found that they are packaging juices as Un Dun when it's actually China and no ingredients on box. I will be calling the BBB on Monday. I can't believe the scam these people are operating! After getting my spinal surgery at Dartmouth, we went to this location to get a pen compatible with the CBD cartridge I already owned, I figured a pen would be far easier for me to use with the amount of pain I’m in. The employee, Jake, directed my husband to a pen (after looking at the cartridge) that would work and my husband made the purchase. We literally tried it in the parking lot(before driving an hour back home) to make sure it worked with the cartridge and it did not, WE NEVER EVEN LEFT! It did not work with my cartridge so when my husband went in to exchange it(literally less than a few minutes after,) Jake would NOT do anything to fix the mistake HE made, “no returns and nothing I can do about it.” Not only did we drop $30 on a pen that was not compatible(AFTER BEING REFERRED TO IT by a “trusted” employee,) we dropped another $20 on a different pen that did work this time. My husband tried it(he does NOT vape but felt he had no choice) RIGHT there in store because obviously, Jake did not know what he was doing or talking about. This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with, no one should ever feel punished when an employee makes a mistake, it should be made right. I broke down in the parking lot of UN-DUN yesterday around 1:30 pm and needed shelter from the heat (95 deg.) till AAA arrived to tow me.

Merry, the manager, was so gracious to let me stay out of the heat and use the restroom. Unfortunately, my wrecker didn't arrive for 6 hours, and I had to camp out in the store and watch the customers come and go until they closed at 6 pm.

I am 70 years old and must say I haven't seen much customer service from store employees for quite some time. The younger generation doesn't seem to understand that good customer service is what keeps customers coming back.

I want to say that I was extremely impressed with Merry and her staff ( Rhyane, Hannah and Norm) as they quickly and cheerfully assisted the customers who entered their business.

I also watched their team work as they were re-organizing the space. They interacted in a very friendly and co-operative manner. It certainly renewed my faith in the younger generation

Plus, they have quite a selection of products to shop for.

All in all it was a very pleasant...
