Oriental Wok Express — Restaurant in Lebanon

Been to the restaurant once and the food quality was decent. However, I would suggest the restaurant change a delivery partner/platform, since I ordered delivery twice and both ran into issues.

The first time the delivery guy told me the address displayed on their end does not match to the location I have on my order( it’s a random location on their end), and the delivery turned out late for an hour and the driver asked extra tips to deliver my order.

The second time (today) things got even worse. I waited 1.5 hrs hungry and receive nothing, whereas the order was supposed to be delivered in half an hour. The restaurant owner told me they picked up the order a long time ago, but no tracking was provided on my end, and the driver simply pressed “delivered” after 1.5 hours without any proof of delivery.

I contacted customer support and they told me they cannot get the driver information on their end since the order was marked as complete. Although I got the refund in the end, but I had to order something else after 2hours wait.

I had ordered deliveries in the upper valley for a long time, and most platforms are reliable, but not the one cooperated with this restaurant. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS RESTAURANT unless you want to wait for hours and...
