I will no longer do business with this company as I've been a loyal customer since day one when they opened up the Lenexa location. It's how you go about treating your customers as their return policy says you can exchange within 90 days of purchase with a receipt. A gentleman did return it for the same one but I am also getting another issue with this one. I went to the Lenexa location and spent an hour of my time on lunch, which I only get a half hour for. He put a different coil in the 2nd one as I was getting a Atomizer short. After I left and refilled it, same issue. While I was there the gentleman called one of the co-owners and asked if I could exchange it for a better mod and buy two batteries and he said no. It isn't my fault the JoyTech Egrip 2 mods are faulty. I will take my business elsewhere from this point forward.

P.S. While I was there, I basically sold a customer one of their tiny $34.95 e-mod and set it up for her. Plus a week and a half ago I sent up a Co-worker and he purchased the oSub.

My first review was a very long hot winded review about a problem I had with a vape and how I felt about the way the situation was taking care of. Then I only rated them 3 stars.
There was an offer text to me a few days ago which prompted me to revisit that review and I noticed that two months ago the owner had responded. Their response had instructed me to bring the item back to the store for a complete exchange or credit towards other merchandise or a cash refund for the price. I was unsure if the offer still stood because two months had passed from when it was posted but I tried and it was still available for me.
I just want to thank the owner for providing me the options they did and still honoring it 2 months later. This vape store is truly the best around and still correcting the situation after so much time has passed has changed my view back to what it was before the incident occurred.

I hated when they took the flavored ones away but also hated the idea of a bulky "complicated" device that I had to maintenance regularly. Plus, with the button that I never could master in order for the draw to hurt my throat....not a fan. Until, I realized just how unique the various options of vaping there is avaliable. According to each individuals desires, there us something avaliable for everyone! Tons of flavors too.. and all the same price! A really young but proffessional and knowledgeable guy was really cool.. extremley patient. Perfect understanding of what I wanted , despite not knowing myself! I did tell him what I did not like as well as I was horribly indecisive; but he found the perfect fit in minutes. Simple, sleek, affordable ( actually will save me a lot) device with very minimum upkeep . Paid almost 50 for juice and vape. It'll last me a while. Thanks. Oh and no need to press buttons, no real maintenance, lightweight ,controlled air...
