They double charged us for service (their error, not a "banking error") 3 months ago and still have not resolved it. They did not even make us aware of it, we had to call them to report it. They assured us in our first call that we would not be charged for the following month to account for their error. They continued to charge us, which prompted 2 additional phone calls the following 2 months letting them know they had not upheld their resolution to us. On the third support call, the 3rd month that they charged us erroneously and did not notify us, we had to reach out again. They told us (again) that the only possible resolution was that we'd have to wait a 4th month for a credit on our account. At this point, I requested a simple refund for their double charge. I was finally told (2 reps later) that they would issue a refund (now 90 days after they took unauthorized funds from our account), but it would be a mailed check that takes 2-7 days to process, and then to be aware that they only mail checks twice a month so they could not let me know any time frame when it might be received... this was their resolution 90 days & 3 support calls later. To the owner who said they pride themselves on their customer service, I would encourage you to actually listen to the 3 phone calls that were placed to your company and how awful the support received was, especially on the 3rd call. I am not even bothered by the double charge, stuff happens, I was prompted to leave a review due to my negative support experience.

I was satisfied with the tech he found a lot more problems then the initial call I called for. The only problem is the new cameras shouldn’t have to keep being reset for no reason I can’t reach them on the roof. Also i had to be rescheduled a few times so I didn’t have cameras for 30 days so they wouldn’t take anything off my bill that’s not my fault. I have been with this company for almost 10 yrs faithfully with upgrades they have improved cameras but new ones I seem to have to call tech support more with old ones I never called. When you get them installed I recommend your technician show you to charge doorbell camera things that plug in and how you whole system works because you’ll never know because each time they come out there’s a fee. The plus side now with these cameras there gonna tell you if there’s vehicles animals people anything and label it anywhere near or far by your property love it. If any window or door is opened or slightly cracked your going to hear it loudly all threw the house which window or door” front door “ for instance. If it was pitch black outside I could still see you and talk to you threw every camera. On Christmas 🎅 Santa pops up so the kids thinks he’s leaving presents for them and leaving on his sled 🛷 down the driveway and the good outweighs the bad on any days thank you central security for keeping...

I give some stars because the technician stayed for 4 hours to solve a problem that was not his fault.

However, he was supposed to arrive between 8-12 and take about 45 minutes. He arrived at nearly 1 pm and stayed until around 5. I had to call to ensure he was coming, there was no contact to me about him running late and then the company couldn’t get a hold of him when they called to check in. We got minimal updates about how things were going or how much longer things would take once he was here. I had another appointment that I had to leave for in the middle because they came during an unscheduled time.

The previous technician on this house had apparently removed part of the programming that was necessary, hence the extra time, which I am grateful my technician resolved. He was on hold with his own company for help with this for about an hour.

He did a good job making sure I understood how to work my system. I know that timing is hard to predict when things take different amounts of time, like with this, but even just a call to let me know that he wouldn’t arrive during the scheduled time, and some updates on how long it would take once he was there, would have made my experience so much better and so much less stressful for me when I had...
