Went here and they had a problem with a floaty that my son had bc it was ul or smth approved and found out that is was bs and then I went to my locker after waiting an hour just for a hotdog and found out I was robbed of my yezzys and my glasses and I told the front desk and they didn’t do anything. They were also kids throwing footballs at people and the lifeguards didn’t do anything abt it. They have no adults who actually have respect and the kids who work there disrespect the people who are just trying to swim. If I could give 0 stars I would. The kid pool had brownish water. Read moreMy son wanted to go on the water slide and he did reach the required height but I know that he gets scared being in the water by himself. I asked the life guard on duty who was at the top of the slide if I could go down the slide with my son. Unfortunately she said only one person at a time but then she SUGGESTED that I could go down and catch him. Made my way to the end of the water slide, in the pool, and the female life guard there said I was NOT allowed there. When I explained to her that I was TOLD it was fine. Who at this place tells their lifeguards that its ok to point and yell straight at a kids face over something they’re not supposed to do. They are children! You if you want them to understand you tell them in a nice way what they’re doing shouldn’t be done but you do not yell at them in that matter! Seeing this happen and watching that poor kid run crying to his mom really boiled my blood.
