Customer service, really now?!? Saturday morning on Aug. 13, 2016 at about 10 a.m., I call this location and ask if they have a specific game. The sales person tells me he has it in stock. But, once I get to the store, it's a different story. Now, I'll spare you the details and simply say, I was told the copies he had on hand were reserved but I could travel to another store to purchase. As a paying customer, I should never have been turned away from this store. The sales person should have done all he could to have sold me the product I requested. If that meant calling another store to restock his reserved copies, then that should have been a burden his company should have taken instead. Read moreThe team at this store is outstanding! They all deserve the highest of praise for their customer service focus, team efforts and making us feel special. We came in looking for a PS4 based on our budget. We ended up with a PS5 and they made it all work out for us. They took all of our phone calls with questions after we got the console home with set up and told us if anything else comes up that they would help us through it. The store manager Autumn is a fantastic manager, and her staff Darnell and Clair were some of the nicest educated on all things gaming you will ever meet. I was trying to buy a new copy of GTA 5 for the ps4 and had it on hold, but when I got there, the employee (white male with long dark blonde ) gave us a pre-owned version with many scratches. I had to go there three times to change the game because it would not work only to be told by the employee that it was our own/ps4 fault that the game was not working which is indeed the worse thing an employee can do to a customer. I finally ended up going to a different store and finally got this problem resolved by going to another gamestop with far better and customer service.
