They did good for the first couple of months after reopening. THEY SHOULDVE JUST LEFT IT CLOSE. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. THEY CAN'T KEEP ANYTHING IN STOCK. We just went through the drive thru and after expressing we wanted mild chicken the lady at the window waits to say there is a 15 minute wait on mild. We were asked to pull into the handicapped space. After 20 minutes I go to the door which was locked. The young girl cleaning the lobby is lipping for me to go around to the drive thru. I'm trying to express to her that we had been through the drive thru and of course we can't hear each other through the glass. She finally comes to the door and tells me to go around and I tell her that we were waiting on our order and she really wasn't comprehending but the lady who had taken our order comes to the door and goes I told you it was gone be a wait. I asked her didn't she say it was a 15 minute wait she said No I DIDN'T SAY THAT. I can't make this up. So we were told they were bringing the chicken out to us soon all the while the manager is standing there laughing and joking like something was funny. Total wait...

How did I know ? Simple. because it appeared on the screen. Asked for the manager who said she took my order, but she did not remember my sides as I just drove off. Needless to say fast food employee rule and determine whether to serve or not. Was my order too large? Did they want to service small orders? One will never know, but I did not drive around and I certainly took my business elsewhere. How do these employees think there are funds to cover payroll? Yet employees take time to post all their Karen videos and irate customer videos to get their almighty āLIKESā. there are always 2 sides to the story. So here is my dislike with a big thumbs...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI placed my order online and it stated it would ready for pickup at 1:15pm. I got there closer to 1:30pm. I pull up to the drive thru asked for my order and the lady was so rude and told it was not ready I would have to come in.
When I came in I waited in line, and when I spoke to the assistant manager, I asked for my order to be cancelled, she stated I would have to go online and cancelled and basically dismissed me as if I was no longer there. I tried to cancel the order in store on the app and it stated that I could not cancel because the order was till in place.
When I tried to cancel the order online it stated I couldnāt cancel there either and that an agent would reach out within 24-48 hours. So not only did I not get my food but didnāt get my money back either. When you call the corporate number it just sends you back to the website.
