We realized when we received the order that the rice had Shrimp in it, so we returned the item to the store to exchange it for regular fried rice because I am highly allergic of shell fish. The establishment was unwilling to exchange and they told my husband that I should, "know what I'm ordering before I place it!" After being spoken to rudely, my husband attempted to show them that there was shrimp in the rice and the rice package was poor, so it spilled. My husband and I ordered meals to eat in the restaurant then planned to go on to Kroger next door afterwards. Big mistake!!! The cashier lady was so snippy and when she brought the tray to our table we said thank you, but she never said a word, slamming the tray down in front of us. My husband's General Tao's chicken was served in HUMONGOUS pieces and needed a knife to cut it apart. When I went up to the cashier lady, I asked for a plastic knife and she said "We don't have any". I ordered general tso shrimp, honey chicken and house lo mein. The shrimp looked nice and big but when I bit into it, it was hard! As if it was microwaved too long. Every single shrimp was like this and could not eat it. So we tried the honey chicken and it was the same thing! I am 100% sure that both meats were old and they tried to resell/refry or left overs from another day. The house lo mein was fresh and good so my family only ate the lo mein and white rice. I wasted $30 on a distributing/disgusting and WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!
